I received this item in good condition; exactly as I expected. I am including pictures of the color. I got the orange color. It looked just like I thought it would from the product picture and the material is a fabric like material that I like. It IS small, but I bought it as a step stool for my dog and was aware of the size when I purchased it. She hasn't used it yet because it's airing out (it did come with a small smell - not as bad as some other ottomans, but I decided to air it out for a few days to be safe). I included some pictures of what I received (the water bottle shows the size). It seems sturdy enough to hold my dog and it's easy to disassemble and put back together if you need to move it (or just carrying it since it's so small)

First of all, this is way smaller than I thought it would be. Secondly, when it arrived, I didn't realize the bottom part was tucked in the lid part. So it looked like I received only the top of the Ottoman. Therefore I returned it, so I ordered it twice. Plus the bottom is very flimsy. It's not sturdy and solid material.

I ordered beige and got the gray instead. It’s a lot smaller than what I expected. However, It holds a fair amount of books, and is sturdy. Not sure I’m willing to pay the amount for how small it is.

We love our pets don't we? As others have indicated, I mainly purchased this as a step for my 8lb dog to get on and off the bed without potentially hurting herself. She knew what is was for immediately, and loves it. The lines are simple and attractive and the gray color is neutral enough to fit in with most décor. It has a very small profile, so even at the end of the bed it is not in the way. I'm keeping dog supplies and treats in the storage space, it's convenient and adds weight/stability to the stool. I would never use it to sit on, it's too low to the ground (10"), and I wouldn't trust it to support the weight of an adult. But I would use it to rest my foot to put on stubborn shoes if needed. Only time will tell if will stand up to a small dog jumping on and off of it several times a day, but for now I am pleased with the purchase and happy for the way it is serving its intended purpose.

This is a great little storage box. It's a bit smaller than I thought it would be (although I knew it would be smaller than most ottomans from the other pictures). I wanted something small so I can store a twin size air mattress (with built-in pump) in my tiny loft space. I also wanted something I could use as extra seating. This storage box is tiny but it is so well made. It can withstand my weight (while the box is empty or full). It can also stand the abuse of being filled to the max with an entire air mattress. A slightly larger storage box would probably be a better fit for my air-mattress storing needs but I really like how this one turned out. I also love the color (sorry my pictures are a little dark) - Its pretty close to the color on the product page. It's nice to not be surprised by what you think you order online and what you actually receive. I would really like to get another in beige for my living room...

Very easy to assemble, and very beautiful fabric, but too small (10 inches high) for use as a footstool - unless you intend to use it as a footstool for a child's chair. Saw the dimensions, but mistakenly thought it was 16 inches high. Also, there isn't a lot of room for storage. It wold be fine for remote controls, Reader's Digests, etc., so might be fine for some people, though..

A lot nicer than I exptected. It's very sturdy for how thin it is (I think it's made out of cardboard) and can fit a decent amount of stuff inside. I bought it to use as a foot rest, and hide it under my chair when I don't use it to save space. The lid has a good amount of cushion and is enough for my use. Feels sturdy when I sit on it but then again I'm only 90 lbs. I'm not sure what the weight limit on it is but it feels sturdy even when I stand on it. Its a good deal considering the price and looks more expensive than it is in person.

My 4 year old is now sleeping in a full bed (one of those cribs that convert to a full bed). With the mattress it was proving to be a bit tall for her to climb into. We wanted a step stool that was padded and would slide under the bed when not in use. This folding organizer is perfect. We are able to store a bunch of Dr. Seuss books for bedtime stories in it as well.My only complaint was the strong chemical smell when we first got it. I put it outside to air out in the sun, then hit it with some Febreze and now the smell is gone. Not deducting any stars. However, be warned.The organizer is sturdy strong enough for my daughter to bounding leap off of when jumping into bed (four year olds...sigh). And when the day comes when she doesn't need it I may use it as a foot rest. Not bad for $16.
