The media could not be loaded. I have experience with gimbals and this is my 3rd Zhiyun. Overall the quality seems decent, and I absolutely love the compactness of this gimbal. it's a solid, lightweight, compact unit. It's perfect for travel using a lightweight DSLR or mirrorless camera. The Stabilization is very good. I ran some quick test and it performed very well. Even more impressive is I wasn't even trying to be steady with my holding and walking which you can see in my video.The unit comes with 3 cables, and I did test the one for my Sony and it worked fine. I was able to trigger the camera from the gimbal. That's a great feature and it's great that Zhiyun includes that! My Ronin did not include that cable and the one I purchased from Ronin is sketchy at best.The light is a nice feature/option to have. If you're in a dark area it's better to have something than nothing at all. It triggers right from the gimbal so you can use it in a pinch. It also comes with color correction filters that snap on.I took one star off for balancing issues. I could not make super fine adjustments and this resulted in it taking longer than usual to get a perfect balance. I did however achieve perfect balance but I think there's room for improvement with adjustability.Adding to my adjustability comment, I was unable to balance my iPhone 13 pro max using my Manfrotto phone clamp/mount. The mount is a little back heavy and the crane did not have enough adjustability for me to properly balance it. So if you want to use your phone you may want to consider using Zhiyun's phone mount. I'll have to get that as well and I'll report back on its compatibility.With all this said, the unit is a compact little powerhouse. I would recommend checking Zhiyuns's compatibility website because some of my lenses were not compatible. I think if your using a small DSLR or mirrorless camera, you'll need to stick to lightweight lenses otherwise you'll have some balancing issues.

Overall this is a great gimbal. It’s easy to use and set up and you can tell it’s quality built. I love the built in light and quick attaching light filters. It makes for some pretty cool shots. There are only a couple downsides. The case is just a simple styrofoam box with a plastic hinge so it’s nothing special. Additionally, it says it can be used for a phone as well. While it can, you’ll need to buy a separate attachment (luckily I already had one) for it and the app integration is definitely more for professional cameras as well. However, if you are using it with more professional cameras, it’s a great product! I would definitely recommend

The build-quality is awesome. It's solid and feels very well engineered, without being too heavy to use with one-hand.The controls are easy to use and offer tons of versatility in your shooting. They allow total control of the gimbal and are laid out in a manner that makes sense and makes it easy to control things with one-hand.The battery lasts all day, and the included light is great for making sure you've got enough light in your shots (along with 4 filters that it includes). The gimbal also has a USB connection to help power your camera while in-use, giving you even more shooting time.It's compatible with a large range of cameras and smartphones. The smartphone app offers even more control and shooting options, allowing you to get the very most from this setup.I'm a big fan of the Zhiyun Crane M2S gimbal and highly recommend I to anyone looking for a high-quality gimbal at a great price.
