Excellent for Zumba!
I've been doing Zumba about 5 days a week, a little over a month now...I'd been using my old (but still in decent shape) Converse All-Stars (the Old School kind that is no longer produced), because, well, they look a bit like Zumba shoes and what's the difference, anyway? All you need are low sneakers, right? Dancers and Zumba-enthusists, you can tell by that statement that I'm not a dancer by any means and seriously wet behind the ears with Zumba!I've been noticing that I couldn't do the spins and turns too well without catching on the floor, and more alarmingly, my ankles were swelling up after each workout. I decided to try a shoe intended for this activity, if for no other reason than to save myself from injury in the long run. These shoes run true to size for me--I wear a women's 10 US and I ordered the 12--though they are snug enough you cannot wear socks with them. I don't want to wear socks so these were perfect! I wondered if they might be too snug, but after 30 minutes working out, I had to stop and tighten the laces a bit because they had noticably loosened up. My turns and slides were easy, so I'm going a better job which makes me happy, but the real kicker is that I have no more ankle swelling. Exactly the result I was hoping for! These are also by far the lightest shoes I have ever worn for anything. I will keep one pair for indoor Zumba workouts, but I really want to have another street pair for casual use. They are that comfortable.Edited three months later...I've been wearing these shoes *hard* for at least an hour and up to an hour and a half each day since I bought them. The outer appearance is still very much the same. The sides on the inside are beginning to fray. They are still just as comfortable as the day I put them on. The benefits to my joints are still the same.I figure that at the rate I dance (>7 hours a week), these shoes will last just under a year. A bargain for what I paid. I'm still very happy with this purchase!

Not made to last
I have owned Sansha jazz sneakers in the past and loved them. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this pair. After two times wearing these shoes (1 hour class each time) for teaching dance, the rubber ball of the shoe is separating from the shoe on both shoes. This is very disappointing to not even get a month of use out of these shoes. I cannot recommend them for this reason.

Stick to your EU sizing! Love these dance shoes!
These are the 2nd absolute best shoe for ANY type of dance class/workout that I’ve bought. I am a perfect Size 6 in every possible way (and have a very extensive shoe collection with several different designers to show it). I do have tiny feet with a very high instep, my right foot is slightly larger than my left and as stated a perfect fit/true to size as a 6m. I also suffer from moderate to severe foot pain due to neuropathy and 27+ years of wearing 3 inch heels/pumps for my career in the business world. The split sole seems to be the only thing that seems to help my foot pain. Love, love, love them! ❤️ Very well made for the price. I did try looking for the “Sansha” brand elsewhere but could not find any. Thank again to Amazon for meeting my needs. Those questioning the Sizing issues, I highly suggest you stick with your EU size on the chart, it’s spot on! I’ll be alternating between these in black and my Bloch’s in white! Both are excellent shoes, I hope! I’m hoping and expecting these to last me for many years of dance, Zumba and my other exercise dance classes!

Good bargain dance sneaker
This is a dance sneaker. This means there is rubber sole under the heel and forefoot and NOTHING of substantive support in the middle. This is correct for a dance sneaker. It lets us point our foot and go up on our toes in a way that a normal sneaker with a sole running the entire length of the shoe does not. Some criticism of this shoe is based on people not understanding this basic design feature of a dance sneaker!!! If you need more support, or to wear orthotics, in a Zumba shoe, I would suggest a cross trainer sneaker with as plain a sole as possible (nothing too waffle-ish), like a good Asics. Just beware that on a vinyl dance floor they can be rather grippy.Sansha is known for less expensive (sometimes cheaper) dance footwear. The quality is usually ok, and it's worth the tradeoff for the lower price. A major downside to Sansha is the lack of half sizes. The sizing will either work for you or it won't. I'm a 6 1/2-7 and the 8 is very slightly big for me, but not enough to be uncomfortable. (Note I wear medium weight socks with the shoes - tights or sockless and they'd be too big.)The shoes are in line with the grippiness of Bloch or Capezio dance sneakers on a standard vinyl dance floor. I teach Irish step dance and the cushioning seems in line with the more expensive Bloch and Capezio brands. Time will tell if they hold up as well. I did have to return one pair due to a manufacturing defect in the sole of the right shoe that made the shoe painful to wear. In general I feel the quality of all these dance sneakers has deteriorated over the past decade. I've had issues with manufacturing defects with Bloch and Capezio, so I don't consider the issue with the Sansha shoe to be a sign that lower price equals lower quality.

Nice dance shoe for pivots
I’ve had several pairs of this style in the past for line dancing. They are roomier than other brands (I have a wide foot) and work good for pivots. As I wear socks with them I order 2 sizes up from my street shoe. On my most recent order they sent two shoes for the right foot! I returned them and the replacement pair had two different sizes for each foot! See picture, size 7 and size 10. Even a child could see the pair of shoes weren’t correct through the clear plastic bag they are packaged in! How did these last two shipments even make it out the door to the customer! I will return this replacement pair and get a refund.
