Like the father like the daughter,i have most of the books of andrew and helen ,and i love them ,really great knoledge that helps cure (YES CURE) many deseases...actual info,valid info and i have practiced this formulas in may self andfamily with super excelent results ,i have saved thousands of dollars in doctors medicines ,the best books ever in particular the one of helen very present in humans needs for health...I WILL BE WAITING FOR THE NEXT BOOK TO RUN AND BE THE FIRST ONE TO BUY IT...

What a great introduction to orthomolecular medicine. I cannot say how much I adore how well documented this is with source links to the original studies! Thank you so much for compiling all of this information in one place!

Disappointed. I had been very excited to get this book but I was very disappointed. It was really just a collection of articles on megadosing vitamins. I am very pro vitamins but this wasn't a huge help. It lacked cohesion and unity because the articles were just collected and grouped by the vitamin they discussed. I hate blog or article reprints. Take the time and write an actual book! I also lost a lot of respect for the author when she said it didn't matter if people took folic acid or folate. That is a huge difference esp if you have the MTHFR gene like I do. It is actually detrimental to their health - that is the kind of info that she should know if she is writing a book on vitamins and that is what would be nice to have included. Wish I could have gotten my money back. Love the principle, not a fan of this book though.
