I bought 2 of these. One wasn't working out of the box and the other did work, but only for about 3 weeks. I called to try to get a replacement and they said to just keep it and we'll send you another one. It never arrived and I feel as though it was really just an attempt to get me to wait past the 30 day return window so I'd be stuck with this junk.

I love that the lock automatically locks up once you pull the door shut and I don't have to question whether I locked the door. What I don't like is not being able to put in a 911 emergency access code to allow first responders to gain access in case of a medical emergency.

It took me a while to get to this. However, the results are all positive. If you install a regular doorknob before this only has 2 extra steps run a wire and setup software. Afterwards you'll be able to add fingerprints and keep track of activity logs through multiple apps if you already have smart life, it's compatible, along with other apps that controls locks.Overall, the construction feels tough and durable. Does not feel like a cheap hollow knob. At first, it has weight but once it's on the door it smooth sailing. The knob does stand out but, is also capable of not drawing too much attention to it. Fits with many home themes whether it's black or if you have the bronze oil look this will fit right in. Software wise it was a standard follow the screen deal. The instructions include a QR for you to find the right app or you can use smart life. Fingerprint locks definitely save time when you don't have your keys on you, and it does a good job of not allowing undesirables in. Great buy would buy more.

This is literally the worst fingerprint lock of any of the company in the world! The fingerprint never, I mean never works! It takes your fingerprint around 50 times for you to get into your own home! God forbid you're trying to get into your home in a rush! This is an absolute nightmare, and an absolute waste of money! Do not buy this garbage! I have had such a difficult time with this doorknob! I went and purchased another one! GARBAGE when I say GARBAGE GARBAGE!!!!!

Easy install, easy set up and works perfectly. The app was seamless with Alexa. If you want Wi-Fi access, get a gateway, that also was no problem to add. Fingerprint recognition is almost instant. Highly recommend.

Update, I have had it installed for 8 days and now does not work at all! Fingerprint and code flash green light but wont unlock!Anyone can open the door if I’m home because of Bluetooth, although having said that I can only connect to it about 1 out of 5 tries, I have yet to be able to unlock it while away from home which is what I wanted it for. And we have had it installed for 1 week and batteries are 46% (Duracell ) also didn’t come with batteries as mentioned. Just not impressed for the price.

This doesn't work. I suspected it didn't so I installed camera and found anytime I left the house, people kept walking in. So I tested and site enough, any finger openers the door even though I only had my right thumb print saved.I expect a door lock to lock. This one locks but anyone with a finger can just walk right in.A lock has one job and this door lock doesn't work
