Works Great - Most of the Time
It has a few times where it won’t connect to my XTrons head unit, however most of the time it connects and works great. As far as I can tell, all of the data it sends over is correct and in real time. I think it was worth the price for sure.

It works for 2007 Mercedes Benz slk350
I've ordered it to complete my package:XTRONS Car Stereo for Mercedes Benz R171 SLK350, Android 13 Octa Core 4GB+64GB Car Radio, 9 Inch IPS Touch Screen GPS Navigation for Car Bluetooth Head Unit Built-in DSP Car Play Android Auto 4G LTE https://a.co/d/8pA6E2j

Bad product
This, and the radio for my Mercedes quit working after about 6 months. With the radio, (with Bluetooth, CD player, navigation, etc), I paid over $800, which I included installation in the price. So, I am out over $800 on this Chinese crap. It is all analog, and my car is all fiber optic. I was guaranteed, with the adaptor, it would work great. I only had the front speakers that would work. No fader, and limited left to right. I tried to return the radio, and everything else, and of course, never heard from Xtrons ever again. Most Chinese products last just long enough for the warranty, if there is any, to expire. If a Chinese product has any delicate wiring, or navigation, most likely it won't be very good!!

Bluetooth OBD II Not Connected
Disconnects on its own hard to get it to read your car sometimes "Bluetooth obd II Not Connected" but after pressing refresh about 5 times FINALLY reads after that works well.

Cheap, reliable.
I guess this may not have the ELM chip, but I have not really noticed as it does what I need it to do, interface with my XTrons head unit and read the codes. I'm using it with a 2008 Jeep Commander and an XTrons head unit. I had to change the Bluetooth pairing code in my head unit from 0000 to 1234 in order to get this to work, but once done, it never fails to connect at startup so I pretty much leave it in the socket all the time.

A clone ELM that works and pairs easily with the XTRONS Andriod 8.1 head unit
4 1/2 stars because the low cost, it works as intended with a Xtrons TM100L while pairing on first try, but it is a clone that only does the basics thus not a true 5 stars. I did try a ODBLink LX unit but unfortunately the TM100L wouldn't pair.
