Finally helped my wonky blood sugar levels
I’ve purchased so many random supplements over the years and 99% of the time I feel no discernible difference after taking something for a month. This is one of the first products like this that I had to repurchase once I was done with the first bottle.The most notable difference for me is my blood sugar/hunger levels. I eat a fairly balanced diet and good amounts of food for my body. I would still wake up at 3 AM intensely hungry or sometimes the same would happen just as I was waking up in the morning. I felt dizzy and like I hadn’t eaten in days. It was the strangest thing. Even during the day, between meals I would start feeling intense hunger coming on in 2-3 hours after eating a satiating combo of foods for breakfast/lunch.I noticed that after starting to take 2 of these a day, I’ve stopped getting hungry in the middle of the night and my stomach feels calm/neutral when I wake up in the morning instead of uncomfortably hungry. And when I do get hungry it’s very gradual and not the intense plummet I used to experience. It actually took me a while to figure out what changed and I narrowed it down to these pills.Highly recommend if you’re experiencing similar symptoms!

Oh boy supplements the only Market that doesn't have to prove it works and is completely based on reviews and who knows if it does anything I mean we all want to believe in it but I don't know I took them couldn't tell a damn thing

Only thing I didn't know was 2 pills are one serving.

You still have to take your regular thyroid medication -- as least so far
I take this as a supplement to my regular thyroid medication in hopes of reducing the amount of medication that is prescribed. My numbers came down after a few months of use so am continuing for the year to see if it works.

Not Methylated Vitamins
The formula is good but the quality for absorption isn’t great. Vitamins aren’t methylated
