Look good initially but waterproof seal is questionable
TL;DR: Look great initially but seals failed within 6 months.I bought these for my 2019 4Runner Limited. They are very straightforward to install if you are even a little handy (if you can assemble Ikea furniture and watch YouTube, you’ll get it). They snap perfectly into the grille (though on the Limited, there is only one position where they will fit), and the cables can be routed easily around the radiator. I suggest buying automotive wiring tape (fabric kind) and zip ties to bundle the cables and hold everything in place.I didn’t want to mess with the engine bay fuse box so I popped out a rubber grommet in the firewall and routed the cable through to the interior fuse box - there are plenty of good YouTube videos on this process - and connected it there. I really wanted to find a fuse to tap into that only came on with the headlamps, but I ended up settling for the recommended fuse that comes on in ACC mode. Note: You’ll need to go to the car parts store and get a 5A or 10A fuse as the Toyota fuses in the 4Runner are the micro size with no “legs” so won’t fit the adapter. My major complaint is that even before the winter the seals had failed and they are filling up with condensation, so I’ll probably have to pull them out to avoid a short.

Not easy but it looks great
Took a few hours and days to installNeeded brackets and fuse, TOYOTA dealer had to fix EVEN after install. Fuses I guess, and my hubby is an electrician! Just be warned, not easy

easy install but check your fuse first
1st review was not posted so this is a re-review.This is a very easy install provided you have exactly what you need. In my case, i decided to plug this into my INJ fuse (so when the car is on, the lights are on). My 4runner fuse was short prong 10AMP fuse. This kit's add-a-fuse requires a long pronged 10 amp fuse. I had to stop the install and quickly head over to the auto shop to get a long pronged 10amp fuse which is why i gave this overall a 3/5 for install. That was very frustrating because i already took my grill cover off and had my lights hooked up and just had to make sure they were not going to fall out or off when driving over to the auto shop. But, sure enough when i got the right part, it worked like a charm and it looks awesome!...which is why it gets a 5/5 for money value.great buy, watch all the install videos online if you're having difficulty/unsure of yourself because the instructions it comes with are faded and not accurate to every car, and i would definitely recommend, but just check your fuses first.

So far so good!
I installed these on my 2018 4Runner TRD Off Road with OEM grill. The lights easily snapped into the grill and hold tight. The wiring came with an inline fuse and an add a fuse. Didn't use the add a fuse. I wired it into the taillight fuse (in the fuse box under the dash board) so the lights are on/off when the parking lights or regular driving lights are on. Needed some extra wire to make it run through the firewall into the cab. The lights are very bright, more than I expected and look great. My only main issues with this is are 1) The inline fuse does not have a weather cover/cap.. It should. You could cut it and install another fuse holder but shouldn't have to, should come with it, and, 2) There's a LOT of slack wire from the light leads. Very hard to bundle it up and hide it behind the grill. Otherwise, so far so good.

Love the look
These were really easy to install after I some answers from the helpful Amazon community. I am not a mechanic but I'm not sure what the advantage is to running the wires through the firewall and connecting these lights to the fuse panel inside the cab. I couldn't see how I could re attach the fuse panel cover on the fuse box under the steering wheel with the light connecter plugged into the ing fuse position. It was much easier to use the fuse box in the engine compartment. The ground screw was easier to access and I could route the wire such that it wasn't pinched when I replaced the cover for the fuse box. I had to get a long pronged 10 amp fuse to plug into the open socket on the wire harness that came with the lights. Had I known to just run the wires to the engine fuse box compartment rather than through the firewall, this would have been an easy 20 minute installation.
