So far, so good. It’s much easier to use than traditional strikers, considering the arthritis in my hands and the fact that I use my left hand. The cleaner is also fairly easy, but the size is difficult because of my hands. I only give it 4 stars FOR NOW, because I don’t know how long the flints last compared to traditional strikers yet. I’ll get back to you. If longer, I’ll adjust accordingly.

I work construction and i am a paver(asphalt) and the machine i use has tips to spray my tires with a chemical to allow me to roll and smooth the material. The tips get clogged and these tip cleaners are the perfect fit. Will always use them and recommend to others.

It’s a good striker, works really well and the flints spark down to the nub. I’ve been using it for lighting oxy/acetylene torches and it hasn’t failed to yet. I’ve had it for a little while and am just about to get to the end of the flint and will need to turn it around soon. The only complaint I have is that even though it comes with extra flints, there is no way to hold them on the striker so they will get lost easily

It works exactly like its suppose too.They cleans my oxy/acetylene torch tips when they get clogged by slag. I like that there are two different sizes/lengths.My happy with my purchase and would definitely buy this again if needed!- Weaver Cattle Company

Time savers. Job savers!! I was at a job site in a rural neighborhood and one of the tips on my surface cleaner got clogged. I’m so glad I had these!!!
