Bandai Hobby - Gundam F91 - Gundam F91 (Ver 2.0), Bandai Spirits MG 1/100 Model Kit

I love the F91 Gundam, and saying this kit did it justice wouldn't be saying enough. The amount of detail on this kit is a little shocking to me, especially considering the F91 comes at the relatively small height of six inches tall as opposed to most other mobile suits being nine to ten inches. Either way, it's a fantastic kit. Some parts are a little tricky to assemble because of how tight the pieces are every now and then, but once you get it down it stays in place and does the job well. Articulation is extremely smooth and well-done, and the final figure has all sorts of fun gimmicks. I'd also like to thank the seller for the care the put into packaging this kit. Speaking of packaging, the box this thing comes in is huge.

This MG uses an ABS frame that is pretty solid. There are plenty of opening hatches gimmicks like on the back of the knee as well as the cockpit and face. I really love the design of the F91, so I may be biased, but I think that it’s aesthetically perfect. There’s above average color separation in this kit with yellow, orange and gold plastic. Normally any other kit even MG would only get one of those.I was actually shocked that there is a small runner of gold plated plastic. These parts only exist to go under grey plastic in certain vents. That subtle detail is very classy. I do want to warn against losing pieces though. Out of the small amount of gold plated parts there are 4 identical pieces that go into the vents on the back under gray plastic.Besides the kit itself, you also get all the accessories you could want. Beam sabers and a spare shield generator are stored in the side skirts. You get a rifle, bazooka and beam shield effect besides the VSBRs attached to the back. Everything can be equipped onto the model kit at once.In terms of extras, you get an alternate head with a transforming gimmick. You also get a unique sort of stand that plugs into the Gundam’s back. This can serve as an action base and also functions as the place in which the optional sold separately led unit is stored. This kit uses a very unique style of LED unit. With the excellent light piping and the way in which the light was set up to shine through gold plastic in the front grill vent and thrusters in the back, I was looking to actually get this unit.

Fácil de ensamblar, excelente calidad de materiales y trae algunas dry decals (que son lo mejor). Los rifles no se sostienen en su mano y solo mide 15 cm de altura.

I liked the fact that my son was doing something besides playing on his phone or computer. He did a really good job and it's a really, really cool model.
