Powerful ROS and Comfortable User Experience
Love this new ROS, removes material fast and doesn't give you the jitters.

Wrong for the UK!
In spite of a customer service conversation where the support person said 'it will be compatible', 'it will work fine', 'we do sell the products when it does meet the full criteria for the area on which is being shipped to (sic)', the sander was rated at 120v and had a US two-pin plug. In the UK we have a 240v supply and a three pin plug. Would have been dangerous to have tried to use it in the UK without a step-down transformer. No word about this in the product description

Not For The UK
Whilst advertised on the UK site it suits a USA power source and is not compatible with the UK market.When returning please ensure you take 3 copies of the invoice to the drop off point as the UPS return instructions are incorrect and it will be rejected requiring a second visit to return it.This either should not be advertised on the UK site or the electrical power supply details should be clarified.

Not fit its purpose (Not for UK) and Amazon messing me about refunding money!
comes with a very unusable USA plug but not the USA! I also got an adapter to convert it to but did not fit it. Had to return both items Due to this why Sell an item on an Amazon Uk website for items not fit to use! Even getting messed about by Amazon for a refund
