My FAVORITE sheets by far.
These don't last forever, but they do feel fabulous. I've bought them a few times over the years. Good for your skin. Brought the sheet set with on vacation last week. Brought another set camping last fall. Remember to dry them on low or pull them out before they're completely done to protect the fibers. I just hang them over the back of the sofa for a few hours to finish drying before folding them. (We have multiple sets) Another thing is make sure to keep your feet in tip top condition so you don't wind up snagging the sheets. They're a little high maintenance but they are totally worth it.

natural fiber
At first the texture was so different from my high count cotton sheets but within a few days I just felt the wonderful weight. I am told that with wear these will soften noticeably. I am happy with my first linen sheet set. I love the green color too

So cozy a hobbit would love it
As a historian and textile artisan, I've wanted linen sheets since I first read about their use in the eighteenth century. I researched the different companies that sell linen sheets and was pleased to see that a nice linen sheet set costs about what I would expect to pay for luxury cotton sheets even though linen is MUCH better for bedding than even the nicest cotton. These sheets feel wonderful, both to the hand and in bed. Even my bf (a stereotypical guy in this respect) was amazed at how soft and comfortable they are. He says they're luxurious, and they are. But they're the type of luxury that a hobbit would understand and appreciate, like second breakfast or an extensive dinner. They make it hard to get up in the morning, because that would involve leaving them.I only have two complaints, and they're both small. The tag on our flat sheet is up at the top of the sheet, just down from the wide fold across the top. I'm going to have to cut it off, because I see it every time I fold the top sheet back to get into bed.My other complaint is the color. I bought a "dusty blue" sheet set, but even my bf (Mr. Stereotypical Guy) noticed that it looks more like a soft green. I didn't expect the linen sheets to perfectly match the dusty blue silk pillowcases I got for my hair (because silk and linen absorb dyes differently and reflect light even more differently), but I expected them to look like similar colors. But the sheets' soft green coloration doesn't clash with the rest of the bedding, so you're not getting them back!Oh, and the quality of the construction is excellent, appropriate for a material of this quality. I'll be buying another set from this merchant soon. You won't be disappointed.

Do NOT last!
I've had these sheets for 9 months and where my feet are at night, they are completely disintegrating. After a few washes the material is very thin and just pulls apart. Very low quality. Linen sheets should last for years , not only months. I'm beyond disappointed with these sheets!

Amazing quality, true to color picture
What can I say, you get what you pay for. It is expensive. It looks expensive and it feels expensive. The color in the picture matches the color of the product, which hardly ever happens. I got the pink version. I already want to get another color.

These vs $400 linens: a comparison
I’ve been using another much more expensive set of flax linens for over 2 years now, and despite some less than glowing reviews on these decided to take the ~$100 gamble so that I could have another set of sheets in rotation.I’ve washed and dried this new set once so far, and it held up well through the process (medium spin cycle in the front load washer, medium low heat in the dryer, lint trap less than half full after which was a pleasant surprise given some of the reviews.) The elastic on the fitted sheet feels a little snappy and cheap when you stretch it, so I’d avoid exposing it to higher heat for that reason alone. If you love linen, the texture of this linen is very acceptable - it’s not as smooth as some $$$ brands, but it seems like it’ll break in nicely. Anyone who says it’s scratchy probably needs to just stick to sleeping on long staple cotton or some poly blend instead. Linen has texture by design - it’s a feature, not a defect.YMMV with other colors- this review is for dusty blue.Pics 1 & 2: Right out of the box, these sheets were totally fine. No weird smells or glaring construction defects. A couple of small nubby spots and one tiny pull on a pillowcase, but tbh the same is usually true for $$$ sets. Solid medium weight fabric, evenly dyed, not as tight of a weave as my more expensive set (which may end up meaning a shorter lifespan) but still close to the same heft. Definitely no extra money spent on packaging, but I’m okay with that (though it is nice to have the linen envelopes other brands come in for patching holes.) But at almost 1/4 the price of my preferred brand of linens, it’s really not a big deal.Pic 3: I was pretty thrilled that they came close to matching the swatch from another more budget brand I was contemplating, but were still 1/2 the price of those. The other brand had enough really poor reviews that I decided if I was going to gamble, I might as well go all in and try these instead.Pic 4: pleasantly surprised at how well they matched the Zima Silk pillowcase I ordered - mix and match can be tough, but that worked out pretty well I think.Pic 5: inside fitted sheet corner finish compared to linens 4x the price - I personally prefer the serged/overlocked finish of the $$$ one (left) as it has a cleaner fit and washes and wears very well, but these seem to be folded and stitched well enough (right) so we’ll see how they hold up. In terms of depth they’re not as deep as the others, but still fit my tall mattress well enough without a struggle, so if there was any shrinkage after washing I wouldn’t know.Pic 6: comparing stitching between this set and the $$$ set - the stitching on the more expensive set is definitely tighter, the spacing between stitches is smaller, and the edge/corner finish more well-executed, but again… for 25% of the price I have no complaints.Pic 7: pillowcases aren’t center back envelope style like some luxury brands, but they do have an end pocket flap that allows you to tuck the pillow in nicely and use both sides of the case to sleep on - this is a really nice touch, especially in this price range.Pic 8: inside pillowcase stitching - this new set is on left and $$$ set on right. Again, I find the $$$ set to have a nicer/tighter overlock finish, but the top stitching with this new set should hopefully prevent future fraying. The only reason I’m not giving an immediate 5 stars is because I literally just received them and have washed and slept on them once, so I have no idea in terms of fabric longevity yet. But even if I end up having to fix stitching or replace elastic in the next 6 months, I still think they’re a solid buy if the main fabric holds up for at least a year. It’s probably worth noting that I’ve never had any set of sheets wear through in the foot area of my bed like many others mention - I also keep my toenails clipped short, and don’t move much while sleeping except to roll over a few times a night. So if you have rough feet and/or RLS, again, YMMV with these (and probably others, as friction will put wear and tear on most fabric.)Will try to report back after more than a handful of washes, but if you love the feel of a medium weight linen and are on the fence, I honestly think that they’re worth a shot.Edit: it appears that Amazon may have messed up the photo upload order, but hopefully you still get the gist!

Great for 18 months.
Love (or should I say “loved”) these sheets until I spotted these holes. Really love linen sheets, but I was hoping these would last a good while longer than 18 months, since one reason I bought them was I was told linen was more durable than cotton. Oh well…
