I used this along with a portable massage pillow to support my need to remain face down for 3 weeks post Vitrectomy eye surgery. I tried a number of options. This one is great because it has a frame that provides some cheek/facial bone support that prevents the weight of your head from falling down through the pillow to the base below when desperately needing to get some sleep. Sleep = Healing. I used both it and another Master Massage pillow which was softer -- nice for during the day; but too soft to hold the head steady during sleep.

Pillow is very comfortable and easy to clean. Price point is high, but it’s a quality item.

I bought it to use after my eye surgery. It's a little smaller than I expected but I'm a petite person. My only problem is that it needs to be elevated. Once you lay face down, the weight of your face will cause it to flatten almost to the surface it is on, bearly allowing enough space to breathe. I weigh 107 pounds. Otherwise once elevated for additional clearance it's great.

Many clients do not comment on it unless I mention it, but some will notice right away. It seems to help a little with stuffiness, but not enough to be a big deal. I think the shape with the curve and bigger face hole make it more comfortable for most clients though.

Amazingly comfortable. Best face rest ever. If it doesn’t line up with the Velcro in your cradle, it’s an easy fix- I just added some strips to my face cradle. This has the well made Velcro that will not pull off the face rest. Great product, great value, great comfort.

We ordered this cushion to replace the one that comes with the Earthlite Travelmate. It made my husband much more comfortable as he was recovering from eye surgery and had to maintain face-down positioning whenever he wasn't sleeping.

I bought this after a surgery and it's way too soft and shallow to support my head. It was a waste of money.

Sensation agréable.Par contre, il faut trouver des housses adaptées, toutes les housses que j'avais étaient trop petites (format standard pour têtière à coussin arrondi).

Bought for massage table and feedback from clients is that it is very comfortable; easy to wipe down after each use. Excellent product
