Taste pretty good smells pretty nice and it’s very healthy, but unfortunately mine came open because of the oils is what I’m guessing.

I still haven't received this YET!! I ordered 14 days ago!!, just received notice the "Order was PLACED on Yesterday"11??? I had originally purchased my first jar from our local market, and they no longer carry it. This product: Raw Pistachio Butter is WONDERFUL!! Smooth, delicious. On toast with a little drizzle of the "Just Date" Pomegranate Syrup...mmmENJOY!!

NutRaw Pistachio+Macadamia Butter - item was not sealed after opening the canister. re: twist off the top and see the top seal...but it's not sealed AT ALL. It was just placed on top of the product. As soon as I removed the item cover, the butter started spilling out...everywhere. How? There was ZERO seal!!! Does this company (not Amazon but the original maker) owe its customers apologies and replacements for its production failure? I say, "yes". This has nothing to do with shipping, nothing to do with packaging, this is solely due to production failure. Get it together. What does this mean? If you want to get 75% of the product you are expecting - order this. Why? Because 25% of the butter WILL ABSOLUTELY spill out. Again, due to poor production process or failed verification checks. Bad bad bad. Poor quality product. Get it together. What a waste of my money. I will say that Amazon did an excellent job of boxing the product as well as fast delivery. Good job Amazon.

The package was delivered to my door by Amazon early this afternoon, when my energy was low and I needed a pickup, so I opened it to try some right away. First off, there was a problem with the jar -- no tight plastic strip around the lid for security, the lid opened easily and there was no cover seal under the lid. Instead, the seal pad had come loose and was stuck inside the lid itself, covered with some of the product. In my opinion the product should have been checked to prevent this, before put in the box for shipping. The product might have been previously sold, opened and then returned, as the jar was not full -- the contents were a bit low.I was eager to taste this nut butter combination, so I proceeded to try it. First on some warmed delicate, crisp Indian papadums, next on sea-salted crackers, and then small vinegar-avocado-oil chips. The nut butter was good on all three -- a light, creamy taste with a bit of slight crunchiness in it, and mild oil-iness. The texture was very slightly runny, not too dry or thick. It satisfied my hunger pleasantly without leaving me feeling overly full.It's a small jar, so in a short while I had eaten almost half of the contents. It's good nut butter, but not different enough from almond or peanut butter to be of a quality I might order again soon. One feature I do like is that it does not require refrigeration; the label instruction says to avoid sunlight and store in a cool, dark place. As for recommendation, I say try it, you might like it.UPDATE 6.6.24: When jut left on the back of a kitchen counter unopened for several weeks, today I tried to eat more and found it now too dry to spread well on a cracker or chip. Instead, organic no-stir almond butter, Cadia brand, available at nearby Nature's Wonder health food store in Branson, MO, is a tastier, more consistently reliable, healthful nut butter. I have put the too-dry Nutraw pistachio-madadamia in the trash for disposal.
