Iphone case gets in the way of this wonderful device
Works as described, we bought it to temporally store the I phone 'live' photos since they don't save real we'll on a PC.ONLY one drawback is the I phone cant be in it's protective case in order for the drive to latch in and operate.Maybe make the lightning end longer to accommodate having your phone in a case.

You will lose data
I received an original and replacement device. Both failed size tests and data reliability tests. This appears to be at best a 32g device masquerading as a 128 g device. Data written after the first 32g will be lost or destroy data in the first 32g.Returned the original, I will now return the replacement.

Great Customer Service
It worked well on the iPhone but the USB port was completely brokenEdit: I was contacted and was asked what could be done to fix the issue. I've changed this to 5 stars as it does work and was very useful in transferring photos from one phone to another. I would recommend this product as even if there is a problem they will help.

Not so easy to download pics
I got a new phone and wanted to transfer pics to tablet. Was a real challenge and had to get an IT person to figure it out.

This product is very good for backing up files to many devices, whilst the writing speed is slow it has lots of storage and an unbeatable price with unique adapters that make it very useful to me!! definitely buying more!!

Unable to copy from I phone
