This thing broke after one use
I should have paid more attention to the reviewer who reporter their thermal binder stopped working, as so too did mine. I bought it to bind some very important academic work and I tested it beforehand, all was fine. A few days later, I came to use it for the proper run and guess what, it was kaput!! Only one light came on and the hotplate simply didn't get hot, it was warm and cool enough so that I could actually touch it. Of course his caused an emergency with my academic work and I sent the binder with two packs of binding covers back to Amazon. They have refunded me for the binder and one pack of covers, but they still owe me £60 for the second pack. I can't find any way of telling them the refund hasn't gone through, I am dismayed. This has made me seriously reconsider ever buying from Amazon ever again. I am horrified by this episode.
