I'm very happy with my purchase. I did a lot of researching and reading reviews. The bed frame pieces were individually wrapped. There were a lot of pieces but take you time and make sure you match the pieces right. Do not tighten the screws completely until you have them all in then go back and tighten them. Otherwise you will have a difficult time lining them up. The mattress we bought goes to the end of the bed frame it doesn't fall short like in some photos. The frame has no squeaking and the mattress stays in place.

Believe it or not it is a bit smaller than queen size mattress. But it’s sturdy, nice and have good overall quality

I have no regrets purchasing this frame! It’s been a month sleeping in this and no problems and issues has caused yet! Bed frame is still sturdy and I notice a huge difference laying with out the box spring it kinda gives like a lighter and quieter feeling… I guess that’s the best I could describe. I hated my previous frame which was noisy squeaky and the box spring was not for me which traps air meaning more heat. Anywho, I am very happy with this frame! And it was very easy to install as long as you have a buddy to help! My cousin helped out and it took us around an hour which was not bad!

I like that the frame is metal and not wood. The fabric is sturdy too. I bought a queen size but would go king size if I could do it over. My only complaint is that you can’t really add any sheet board on top of the slats because it will sit higher than the sides of the frame. It says you can use mattress that doesn’t require box spring but I would not recommend laying the mattress directly on the slats without some sort of sheet board between.

This is what you pay for but sturdy and nice looking.

TLDR: Styrofoam individually wrapped. I never expected this level of customer service at this price point. The product far exceeded my expectations.I bought this bed in the gray full size for my 7 year old. The price point was originally the selling point. I bought him a loft bed last year, which he wanted, but he didn’t like it. So, the price point was main seller for me knowing he might find a problem with this one. I thought - hey, great looking bed for a little while.I got the bed delivered, expecting the hell that is the packaging for an item like this. My world was shook when I opened the box. THEY PUT STYROFOAM IN INDIVIDUAL SEALED BAGGIES. You guys, this was mind blowing. Everything arrived perfectly and there was no tiny styrofoam dust to vacuum or pick off the product. I would call this a pretty standard bed set up to construct. Not hard at all. I was shocked at the sturdiness of this very reasonably priced bed when I read my son a book tonight. In fact, I said to my husband maybe we should just get one in a king size (we recently ordered an expensive bed).This bed looks better in person than I thought it would. It’s way sturdier than I thought it would be. We’ve had it less than 24 hours, but I promise to update this if things go south. No news is good news.If you’re on the fence, I would go ahead and order this one. It’s very good looking, looks expensive, and my lord - styrofoam IN BAGGIES! My mind is totally blown in so many ways with the whole experience.Update!!I included a picture of my son’s room. Bed has been put together for many weeks, still sturdy…still love it.

This is a very nice queen size bed frame. I’m using it in my extra guestroom.
