Mestrength Electrolyte Drink Mix - A Naturally Flavored, Sugar Free, Hydration Powder (Mixed Flavors, 30 Single Serve Stick Packs)

I thought I would try this product because I don't mind a good drink mix to help me hydrate throughout the day. The lime drink mix was extremely bitter and I wasn't that impressed. I am willing to try it again, but my first thoughts are that its just average. I also had this drink during my workout and while I played basketball. Not very impressive.

Get the small sample pack ($17.99 for 10 packets) and I loved it. Great flavor choices. I'm not an athlete just do some walking on a treadmill.Pros: flavors, is all natural, sugar free and based on what other people comment it does what it is suppose to do.Cons: only one, the price. If you are an athlete, hunter, etc. get it, but if your are an average joe like me looking for a good sugar free electrolyte drink buy Ultima Replenisher. For 23.99 you get 90 servings and this is far better price than Mestrength or Powerate zero

Tasty stuff here. The Lemon- Lime flavor being my favorite. These are great during and even better post work out, unlike those other "name brand sports drinks" you also get a nice little pump from the creatine. The packaging is an added bonus- its easy to throw in a bag and takes up little space, just add water!

The problem I have with this is that no matter how well you mix it, there is some type of thick white substance that settles to the bottom in only a few seconds and if you drink it there is a bad taste from it.

I buy these for when I travel, perfectly portioned 5g of creatine monohydrate. These are a bit tart, I add it to my scovation bcaa and love the tang it adds to my pre/intra/post workout drink

I tried this product for the first time last weekend while participating in the Trek Across Maine, a 182 mile bike trek over three days. Not having done it before I didn't know what to expect but made it through without any cramping or hydration issues and I have to believe some credit goes to Mestrength electrolyte drink mix, which I used throughout.

I was pleased with how quickly the product was shipped and arrived. I thought it was a bit pricey, but worth a try. The are much too sour for me and I gave them away.

I absolutely love this product! The flavors are excellent (Grape is my favorite) and have more of a tart taste than a sweet taste which is perfect for before, during or after a good workout. They are easy to keep in my purse and bring to work without having to worrying about carrying a heavy water/water bottle with me all day. I am very active and participate in many types of activities - from running, spinning and barre classes. MeStrength gives me the hydration and strength that I need to feel good during and after any of these workouts. Highly recommend!
