These are too long to be able to use like the flat bands from a physical therapist. You have to really put effort into setup to use for the most simple of exvercises.

I bought this set of resistance band and workout equipment for my son to replace his old set. He is very pleased with all of the equipment in this set. He seriously works out, so this set would be beneficial for almost all levels of exercising. Great for women and men!

"BUYER BE WARNED"This was a complete waste of my money. I can't imagine 22 people actually bought this piece of junk! (Yeah, and I was one of them) The cost to return it was over $8.00 but it was a small price to pay to send it back!Like I said! "BUYER BE WARNED"

I have never fallen for those do it at home type of exercise overpriced machine,not because I don't want to! It is just a learned lesson from friends and family that bought them! Almost the majority of people who bought those expensive machines,hardly ever use them,and not to forget the huge space that they occupy in one's home. An alternative like these rubbery tubes is an idea that I can gladly entertain.Is resisting the resistance,worth it!?----------------------------------------------------Obviously,this is a rhetorical question! You get a nice green canvas bag full of rubber bands,and other clinging articles! You open the bag,to realize that every individual piece has its own roll. I do attend the local gym,not often as I would like to,and I am somewhat familiar with the resistance band techniques,and that is kind of lead me to get them in the first place. The different color tubes are not to have a nice color combo,rather an indication of different weight resistance! They start with the yellow at 5 lbs and end with the black one at 30 lbs.Man made rubber for stronger resistance and durability. Handles and straps are all soft and very comfortable to use for longer periods of time. There are five resistance band that can be combined to get the ultimate workout(obviously,depending on your level of fitness) or they can be used individually. I do like the chest expand tool,which is ideal for a quick stretch before leaving the house in the morning. Leg straps are great for leg muscles,especially for people that don't do much activity. Door anchor is an excellent tool,just make sure you have a strong door that can handle a bit of pulling.Final Thoughts:------------------------whether your'e a starter or an advanced bodybuilder,this set has a little something for every body,especially on days that you could not make it to the gym for one reason or another. I have used them for a week now,and so far I have nothing but praise for this set,keeping in mind that I know a thing or two about muscle exercise. And I do recommend them based on my humble personal experience. As for durability and long lasting,only time and use can tell! despite the fact that this product was a complementary test sample, I will make sure to come back and report any issues with quality in the future.Still, if you're a skeptical person and not sure whether to trust other people's reviews or not!
