Cleaned window multiple times, cleaned suction cups with soap and water. Will not stay stuck to window for more than a day. I have another one of these and it never moves.Update: used some coconut oil on cups and now have a very tight suction, now it is hard to get it off the window.

But still, this thing is dangerous and I don’t recommended.ORIGINAL REVIEW: It’s not an issue with the suction cups, or an overweight cat. My 9lb cat loved it at first, but the joint that connects the bed part to the bottom suction cups breaks apart CONSTANTLY. It’s definitely not safe the way it is out of the box. My cat is too scared to use it now, good thing she’s young and nimble or she could have gotten seriously injured. I don’t ever write reviews, but if you have a kitten or an older / fragile cat, this could be a serious danger. Just buy a solid cat tree, for your cat’s sake. Attached video shows what I’m talking about, it comes off so easily. Don’t buy!

Have set up multiple tiers in my living room window and it withstands a 15lb cat jumping down from one to another just fine. Only recommendation for the company is to make the back slip a little longer, sometimes it starts to come out, but even if it were, the overall function wouldn't be affected in the slightest, it is more of an aesthetic thing. I was hesitant because the price and the pictures, but it is definitely a worthwhile purchase. Despite early concerns, it even works well if you also deal with your windows sweating in winter. Suction cups haven't slid at all and it has maintained strong structural integrity. Thanks for a great and affordable product!

i have bought 3 of these, I love them and have never had a bad experience with them. I do not know of a cat that does not love this seat. I put an old navy scarf on mine to keep my kitty warm and he loves it so much, spends all day in the sun watching the birds. my daughter brings her seat back and forth from her apartment to my house and the seat sets up overtime, I just alchohol the suction cups. you do have to have a wide window but I have an old house.

I originally thought this was really tacky, but it had such good reviews and with the fact that it can be taken down and put away, I decided to give it a try for my cat... and he friggin loves this thing! He loves using this to bask in the sun, look out the window, take naps on it, and run and jump on it. He has used this as his go-to napping spot since I got it for him. I was initially worried about it holding up, but the suction cups are heavy-duty and I've had no problems yet. Also, just FYI, before buying this I looked at what others had ordered and it appeared that there was only one color option per photos, and sure enough I ordered "white" but I got a beige fabric perch. I'm okay with it though, the color is nice and neutral, but don't expect to get a white colored one. I also bought the cat bed that Amazon suggested to go on it, the "MidWest Deluxe Bolster Pet Bed for Dogs & Cats" which ended up being an add-on for like $5, and it fits perfectly and made it much more comfortable for my cat to snuggle in. So yeah, it's kinda tacky, but my cat loves it, and it's better than having some big carpeted cat condo monstrosity because I can take this down before having company over :)

There was an instruction to install the bed and it literally took me less than 10 minutes to do so.I cleaned the window and the cups thoroughly and installing it on the window was a breeze.I put a few treats on the bed and my 7-month-old kitten instantly fell in love with it!Pros: Easy installation, well-made and seems durable, and most importantly, very affordable! I have not used other high-end products but this product gets the job done and I love it!Cons: I read a few reviews saying that it is not durable enough but I do not think that is the case. I am pretty sure this bed will last long enough but will definitely update again!

This is a neat perch. Took a couple tries to get this to stick to the windows. No instructions were included in the package but easy enough to assemble after a little trial & error. The only issue with the lack of instructions was that it explained the application of the suction cups as simpler then it should have. After sticking the suction cups to the windows, I placed out 12lb cat on the perch and the bottom suction cups quickly unstuck themselves and my cat fell through against the window area. Not a far fall, but he wont trust this thing again after that. I realized that with most suction cup contraptions, I use with moisture. So I sprayed water on the windows, placed & pushed the suction cups hard, let the water dry and it has stuck in place ever since. Fun product for the cat that does trust this.

easy to put together, easy to put on window, hold both my full grown cats at one time butnot big enough for two at once but being cats like kids they both try to be on it at same time, its only been up 4 hours and so far the have pushed each other off about 12 times so I can say they love it
