Boat Lights US Spreader Light with 3/4" PVC Attachment, Black

I purchased this light to evaluate against other lights for flounder gigging. This unit is easy to install on PVC pipe. Cord is sufficiently long to reach battery in back pack. It is water tight. Compared to other other light sources it was not as bright therefore was tested but not used. It works as advertised but not good enough for me. Personally I would not purchase again.

they're advertised as submersible fishing/flounder lights, bought 2 for flounder gigging. 1 works fine, the other leaked first time used. They're sealed units so you would have to crack the housing to remove the water. probably leaks where the wire goes in, maybe silicone sealant on the wire entry would help. They don't illumine a large area, but 2 is adequate for occasional clear, shallow water floundering. If you are a serious flounder fisher, I'd advise getting a higher wattage, better sealed unit. revision/update Feb 2019I wrote to customer service, and was amazed to receive an almost immediate response, and apology for a seal issue they had recently become aware of. Long story short, they mailed me 2 replacements, just in case the other one developed leaks in the future! Great customer service! I'm adding 2 stars! The other one I purchased still is fine, and with all 3 in the water the visibility is actually pretty good, 1 center, 1 forward left, 1 forward right. In an era of chinese import junk, to have an actual human response and replacement, is impressive, I'll be back!

Used these for my lobster rig installed three to get a good view. Light are super right and have a good span. very durable and cabling is long enough to splice and connect to main source. Overall happy with the investment!

Great price and easy to install

The sealant around the lens was not complete. I finished sealing myself, and ised it last night Flounder gigging for 4 hrs. Works great!

Light weight , not as bright as I thought they would be

After reading the reviews and deciding to purchase I Put this light together and siliconed the back wire.No leaks. Have used it 7 days straight and around 3-4 hours a night. Great light.Very bright and is perfect for finding flounder.

Very nice product, use it for flounder gigging.
