Miku has a bright voice
The idea to have Miku sing your own songs is really awesome then you actually do it and realize how much fun you can have being creative. It comes with Tiny Vocaloid or Pia Pro but I recommend you buy Vocaloid Editor recommended 3 or 4 or from what seems anything 3 and above. I bought Vocaloid Editor 4. This removes limitations from Tiny Vocaloid and seems simple enough to use.The installation is pretty easy and really there is no screens that would seem entirely diffrent from Japanese or English. You can just click next (N) i believe if you do not know Japanese. There is an English run option though once you see the first window that you can choose. That should make it easier.Make sure after you install her and after then you open your Vocaloid Editor to then Activate the Voice Library of each Miku voice. You need internet connection for this. It is temporary and fast.I've read somewhere that you can only activate once and use once but I've installed this and reinstalled on my computer about 4 times already with no problems. I use Windows 8,7 and 10 due to problems but am currently back at 8.1 and running multiple Voice Banks with no issues. As for Miku she sounds realistic and slight machine accent in there. She has multiple voices and I would say her Japanese voice is most accurate the Cheerful type. She has other tones that can set a mood and work well. Her English needs a bit of work and it's really cute honestly like she's not use to speaking it much but that's expected.Working with her voice using Tiny Vocaloid or Vocaloid Editor 4 is as easy as typing in words or like syllables in parts to make words. You can get her to sing right away, but this is the easy part. It can be a very complicated process but very worth while. Her English has a diffrent tone that can't really be changed limiting a bit of her voice and accent but can still be satisfying when done right. She's the first Vocaloid and I really like her voice. Its right where it should be and easy to hear in all tones.

review for Vocaloid 3 Hatsune Miku v3 Bundle with english voice
I was very disappointed to find that this is not a full vocaloid 3 editor but only a tiny vocaloid 3 editor. There is a big difference in thetwo.summed up the differences.VOCALOID3 Editor Tiny VOCALOID3 EditorEditing and playback track number 16 1The maximum number of bars 999 17Effects VST plug-ins available With only the reverbJob plugin features Is WithoutV2 library import capabilities Is WithoutUndo/Redo No limit One time onlyImport functions VSQX, VSQ, SMF, WAV WAVWAV tracks 2-Track stereo and Mono StereoUnless you are ok with these limitations or already have a full vocaloid 3 editor I don't recommend buying this software. If you are ok with these limitations or already have a full vocaloid 3 editor then buying this software may be good deal for you. Miku still has a good sound and gives you a sample of how the editor works but for me it was a big disappointment because I thought it was getting a full editor which I still need to buy at an additional cost.

4.5/5 Stars
I originally got Miku v3 because I really enjoyed listening to her Dark, Soft and Sweet banks a lot. I sort of like her original and solid banks, but I adore using her Dark and Soft banks a lot. It was cheaper to buy this bundle than to get her Vocaloid 2 original and append banks because I just wanted her Dark, Soft and Sweet banks only. For what Miku v3 Japanese and English came with she was one of the best purchases I've ever made. I was pleasantly surprised at how many additional softwares she came with, such as the Studio One DAW and the vsti instruments. The vsti instruments are awesome to work with, so I believe I'll make some original songs with Miku now.I never got Piapro Studio to work, but honestly I've had the Vocaloid 3 engine for years so it was a moot point for me. If someone was starting out and wanted to get Miku, I would recommend getting her and the Vocaloid 3 editor.

Big Waste of Money!
This said it was in English so I expected directions in English. NO. There are no directions in English, none at all. I spent a lot of money for nothing. My son tried to download it since this was his birthday gift. It didn't work and he still hasn't gotten it to work. Other reviews say you have your choice for English once the disc is downloaded but it doesn't do any good if it doesn't download.

Perfect For Beginners!
Using both the Vocaloid software, as well as the bundled Presonus Studio One software is actually REALLY easy to use once you get the hang of it. What's also really nice is just how many versions of her voice she comes with. Since I'm a native English speaker I'm doing most of my learning using her English voicebank (which sounds adorable might I add), once I get better at actually fine tuning everything in the editor I'll do more with her other Japanese voicebanks. I HIGHLY recommend this bundle for those just starting out Vocaloid because even though it doesn't come with the full V3 Editor, you aren't too terribly limited because you can do pretty much all of your editing using Presonus Studio One, which in all honesty, is more difficult to use than to make Miku sing. I'm really happy with this product, and can't wait to expand my voicebanks with other vocaloids in the future. :)
