Yes. I’ve made wax melts with this set.

Q: If you purchase extra containers, how many candles can you make with this one kit?

I’d guess about 20-25 candles. I bought an extra bag when I first purchased the kit and haven’t used it yet.

Q: What size are the wicks?

I would guess around 6 inches long.

Q: How long before i can burn

I went to a class for soy candle making and they stressed that you must wait 3 days, as tempted as we were to light them up right away. The type of wax you use is also a factor in how long you should "cure" them. You can Google your question and get lots of articles to guide you. Good luck with your projects!
