Easy-to-Read Weather-Resistant Outdoor Digital Window Thermometer

This long awaited thermometer finally arrived after 2 weeks from the order date. We hung it and assumed it would work once the sun hit it. Wrong. It had to be manipulated to get it to work but every time we took it down the suction cups would come out and they were impossible to put back in. We finally gave up, put this in the trash and ordered a different one. Do I recommend this???? Not on your life.

Can't read the display in low light i. e. at night. Display should be brighter. If you put a white piece of paper behind it, the display is easier to read.

Great little device. The only problem is that you need to open up the two little screws to release the battery. I then had to purchase a set of small screwdrivers. I just wish that it had come ready to work...it was a hassle to then buy the proper screwdrivers to release the battery. Other than that, it is a fine outside temperature of the outside.

We bought this Wind & Weather thermometer several years ago and it finally bit the dust. This is the replacement, which is the exact same one. Great suction cup, great visibility, and I hope it lasts as long as the original.

We've had the thermometer for about 2 months now. It's located in our screened in porch so it's not exposed directly to the elements but is outside. One suction cup detached from the window about 30 seconds after I put it on, but after a reattachment it's held great. I'm honestly not sure how accurate it is but I'd guess without about 5 degrees. The only time it's difficult to read the numbers is in the night.

Never told the right temperature.... I'd three thermometers right next to this one and this one was always off by at least 8 degrees from the rest. Really bad. Neat design, though.

The weather Resistant Thermometer is easy to read and fairly accurate. The suction cups seem to hold the unit well on the window. To get them to seal better, you should wet them with water and not saliva. I don't need extreme accuracy because I only use it to see how cold or warm it is. One or two degrees error, if any, is not going to make much of a difference. If the thermometer reads 27 and it's really 25 degrees so what? It's cold out there. Product appears to be well made and I hope it lasts, especially the battery. I only had it for a month, but so far I'm pleased with it.

Looks good. Easy to read. Easy install. Does not give accurate temperature readings. Always reads higher. May get reading from window.

Absolute rubbish.Didn't last 6 months.Contacted suppliers, no reply!

It only reads in fahrenheit, you can't change it to read celsius and the Amazon advert doesn't tell you that

The design of this thermometer is good - the suction cups swivel so that you can hang the thermometer on either side, making it readable from either side. One of the biggest drawbacks for me is that this only gives temperature in F. There is no switch to make it read in C.
