I am using this to teach overseas students and it is a top book

The book arrived with some stains in some of the pages. It does not look new.

The hardcover was a little damaged overall okay

I would say that the 3 star rating is down to the fact that I am a teacher who had to buy this course book. That said, the book was in 100% condition.
