Great B day gift. The fact that the child puts this together themselves makes it all the more special. Very impressed with it. Its amazing all the things children are fascinated with. Sturdy and Safe. Good value

Most of it is good quality

You get mostly solid cardboard pieces that aren't easy to break if you're careful. There is one sheet which is thin paper like card which is a bit flimsy and fiddly and easy to break.I would say it's a good fun family activity for young kids to learn about how microscope works and it's better than just buying a microscope without them knowing how it works.
