This power bank has to be my favourite of all the ones I've ever owned.First off, I've owned four of them.The first one is still going strong although it's a first-gen of the product and doesn't have PD (power delivery USB-C) charging. Still. It must be four years old now and as I say, is still going strong.The next three are the second-gen version of this product which does have PD. What's 'PD' charging? Think of it as 'fast charging'. Up to 18 watts of power rather than around 10 watts i.e. it'll charge your phone more quickly.Second charger is in use by my daughter, third charger is missing in action somewhere and the latest, charger four has just arrived.What I love about the product:1) The built-in cables. USB-C and Lightning. That covers both bases these days, but for older equipment that requires microUSB, you could always carry around a small USB-C female to MicroUSB male adapter.2) The USB port for old school USB cable charging.3) You can charge the power bank THREE ways. With a Lightning cable; with a USB-C cable and you can plug the built-in USB-C cable into a USB-C port to charge. Carry a small USB-male to USB-C female adapter around with you and you'll always have a way to recharge the battery bank when near a USB or USB-C port.4) LCD liquid crystal display that displays readings as a real-time, digital readout. You'll get the actual % of battery remaining rather than guessing at what point of the 25% the flashing LED represents. Also shows the voltage and amperage it's either charging at, or being charged at. I like this as you can see if it's fast charging or not. 9 or 12 volts is the fast charge, 5 volts is the standard charge.Finally, I see other reviewers have had problems with the power button not working. All I can say is, with my four, I've never had any problems. Thing is though, you don't actually need to press the power button to get it to charge. Plugging in your devices starts it charging without having to press any buttons anyway.Lastly (and this applies to every single battery power bank regardless of make or model). Don't think for a moment the rated capacity of a power bank translates to what you'll end up with in your phone. It's natural to look at a 10,000mAh bank, look at your phone and think, 'specs say the phone battery is 5,000mAh' and then think, 'the power bank will charge my phone from empty twice (two times 5,000mAh charges = 10,000mAh as advertised). Nuh uh. I'm afraid all power banks suffer from power transfer inefficiency, meaning a lot of the power is lost in transfer. A 70 to 80 percent efficiency is fair to say. What does this mean in real terms? It means this 10,000mAh iWalk power bank will recharge your phone from empty to full just under one and a half times.Also a word about the iWalk brand. I've owned, let me see, nine products of theirs now, first one purchased in 2018: four of these power banks, four other iWalk power banks and a set of ear buds. Out of these nine, eight of them are still going strong (presume the MIA one is down the back of a sofa somewhere) with just one of the power banks giving up the ghost, likely form being worn out through use. This compares favourably to other brands I have used!Thumbs up from me anyway 👍

I have bought 7 of the power banks for my own use and for presents. 5 have worked perfectly but the last 2 have been faulty. I bought one earlier this year which I returned as despite it being fully charged and saying 100% on the display it wouldn’t charge my iPhone. I returned it and got a credit to my account. As I was going on holiday I decided to buy another one and used it twice before coming away on holiday. It worked fine but now it will not charge my iPhone so it sounds like a faulty batch.Returning this one to Amazon as soon as I return from holiday. Couldn’t return it to Amazon as it was passed the return date. Contacted the seller and got one question back to which I replied amd not heard anything since. A complete waste of money.

Excellent and robust had others (and thrown away) this is still the best for size and output with the wires well stored

Fairly large and not exactly pocketable. Built in cables are handy overall capacity is good. It is rather slow to charge phones and be charged.

Hi there,At first I was very satisfied with the product. It was easy to use and worked well. After a week, however, I noticed that the battery indicator always jumped from 60% to 33%. However, since further charging was not a problem at first and the one percent lasted for a long time, I didn't think anything more of it. In the meantime, after two months, the built-in charging cable broke. What had actually made the powerbank so practical for me. Very annoying. It broke even though I was very careful with it and even stowed it completely back in the bank each time. In addition, the battery no longer charged properly and my mobile phone can only be charged inadequately.Overall, it's a great idea, but the quality of the product disappoints me a lot at such a high price.However, since it has also received many good reviews, I think that maybe only my product is faulty and would appreciate a replacement from the retailer.

I really like this charger with its really convenient built in charge wires. I did have a problem with my one after a couple of months because the on/off switch (which you HAVE to press to start the charge) became stuck in the "in" position. I emailed them of the problem and once they understood they replaced the pack within 2 days. Excellent service whih I very much appreciated.

It can charge my phone 2 twice - full charge. Very compact and does fit it my small bag, plus it is light weight too.

The on button is now broken and wont work. I treated it well, hardly used in since I bought it in July 2022. Now in March 2023 it's dead. I won't turn on. Sad. Waste of money. The seller won't even return my enquiry. Look elsewhere, buy from an established brand, pay the premium for better quality.

Dieser Akku hat ungefähr die Kapazität von drei iPhone 6s Aufladungen. er ist dabei nicht zu groß. Besonders nützlich ist die Prozent Anzeige der noch vorhandenen Restladung. Kabel sind mit an Bord. nebenbei hat er auch noch ein schönes Design.

Optisch ein Hingucker. Schön flach. Nützliches Display. Immerhin QC3.0 . Leider kein PD.

Leider lädt der Akku sehr willkürlich, die Anzeige funktioniert nach 3 Wochen schon nicht mehr (und damit startet der Ladevorgang auch nicht).Produkt geht zurück.

Meine Mail an den Hersteller iWalk (bislang ohne Antwort):Hello again,I got a replacement Power Bank from Amazon.After two hours this powerbank has the same error as the two devices bevor!when I plug in the charging cable the display goes on (OK). When charged up two 100% I plug off the charging cable. It‘s not possible to aktivate the display again! Neither by pressing the button, nor bei connecting the build in lightning cable with my iPhone 12. it‘s not possible to charge the phone!MEANWHILE I GOT THREE POWERBANKS, THAT ALL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM??!!What‘s happening there??? Please send me asap a feedback! Could you send me a replacement device in red, that is testet and does not have the problem.In generell the concept and features of this powerbank are excellent. Unfortunately it‘s only working for a couple of hours!Regards

Das Produkt hat anfangs gut funktioniert und auch gut geladen… nach ein paar Monaten hat das Laden nicht mehr wirklich funktioniert und zuletzt ist der Ladestecker (siehe Foto) abgebrochen.
