American Girl Crafts String Art Greeting Card Kit for Girls, 182pc.

A little more complicated than I thought for a 7 year old, and a grandma, to put together. Cute when done though.

The concept is great and makes pretty cards, BUT my daughter is very frustrated with it. The thread was not properly wound around 2 of the holders, so it's coming off in a tangled mess. Now one of the string holders broke, so that string is likely to become a mess too. It's disappointing, because it's otherwise a great set.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 6 year old granddaughter, no word on whether or not she has tried it yet.

Was a big hit

This was a christmas gift for an angel. I can't speak to the quality of materials, but the clear plastic on the back of the box came loose and pieces wanted to fall out of it. I had to put some tape on it.

My granddaughter, aged 9, was able to figure it all out and had one made before her mom even knew it. She did them all and said she'd really like to have more to do.

I gave this to a 11 year old girl as a birthday gift. She immediately opened it and was making cards. It is nice that she can make several pieces and mom doesn't have to find a place to display them all as she can give some of it away.

My daughter like this craft set. She can make birthday cards for friends and thank you notes for teacher! Definitely will recommend!
