VKBAND HDMI Splitter 1 in 4 OutThe build quality of this HDMI 1 in, 4 out splitter box is excellent. The unit is made entirely out of pressed steel, it's built like a tank. This has a single HDMI input socket on the front along with a row of LED's that light up to display which output is active. On the rear are 4 HDMI outputs, thus converting a single HDMI input signal to 4 outputs.This HDMI Splitter can be used to direct the HDMI signal to more than one display. This can also be used at the end of a very long HDMI cable to regenerate (boost) the HDMI signal.The splitter has to be powered so it needs to be near a wall socket or extension cable. There is a power supply provided in the box but that sadly has a 2 pin plug so a UK convertor plug will need to be purchased separately.This works well enough, it supports up to 3840x2160 at 30Hz. I don't have a 4k set yet so I could only test this using HD 1080p where it performed without issue. This splitter is supplied with instructions and a power supply although unfortunately the one supplied to me had a 2 pin euro connector. It has a metal case with sockets for the power supply and input HDMI connections at the back and 6 status LEDs covering power, output and the four inputs to assist in troubleshooting.At the back, there are four output HDMI sockets that are all full-sized. I connected the power supply through a holiday adapter to get it working and it seemed to operate well, sensing the live output and switching to it. There is no remote control for manual switching on this model. The picture was fine with no obvious deterioration on 4K going through the splitter or via a direct connection.If you are running short of HDMI sockets this could be the answer however it needs to be supplied with a UK power supply.

Opening the box I thought the adapter looked well built, I already realised it didn’t come with any HDMI leads but was frustrated at the power plug, European not UK. It’s not a massive problem but it’s a hassle to have to go hunting round the house for an adapter! I actually couldn’t find one so added to the frustration, didn’t expect to not be able to use it straight from the box. Adapter bought I have used this splitter for a few days, it’s ok, but that’s about it.

Very well made, the bad surprise was the european plug, instead of uk one…Another thing is the power cable, can't understand why not use a usb or usbc cable, saving the environment from one more cable...with this magic box, you can share your PS4 with 4 screens, and that's simple amazing! Image have quality and same with sound.For the price, it should bring a HDMI cable, but might be better for environment this way (if people are like me, they have enough cables…)Overall a good product, but would prefer to see it a bit cheaper (having to buy a uk adaptor is a huge con).Hope my review was helpful.

Simply plug into the mains (Mains lead provided) and plug an HDMI input into the box and then you can output to 4 TV's or monitors. All screens get the same output without any loss (that i can discern) and this is brilliant for playing videos or passing camera outputs to different rooms or to multiple screens in one room. This is so cost effective compared to some of the better known brands and it seems to deliver on quality and reliability too.You will need to supply your own HDMI leads but that is standard and the important thing is the output quality. Remember that HDMI leads over 10m may need an amplifier to boost the signal so I would keep this to shorter lengths. I am totally delighted with this product!

Needed this as I use my cable box on both my television and in addition I can project it onto the screen as well. This box makes it really easy to connect everything and forget about it. Delivers the correct resolutions and detects autoswitching of resolution without causing any issues.Is it good functional item and works as I would expect it to there isn't really much else I can say other than it supports all the key HD formats.

the item is good quality, well packaged and well built. it does not get hot and comes with all you need to get up and running right out of the box. the only thing to note is i have not tried sending audio over this, i am not sure if it works but i have not tried it so cannot confirm - i have used an optical cable to send audio to an amplifier

Good bit of kit. Solid item that's well made, stays cool when in use and good connectivity. Ideal for switching through a variety of screens or cameras. Plug in the mains, connect devices, sorted.
