Remote stuff does not work !
Got a wrong size battery for remote. So I ordered right size battery but it did not work.

Re check the power connections before you complely assemble and fix the unit in place.
The template was perfect we used the old door knob and strike plate space. It all fit in just under the dead bolt lockLooks and works as well as the one we were quoted $600 to buy and install like they put on other units in this complex

The media could not be loaded. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS. I AM CURRENTLY LOCKED OUT. I USED THE REMOTE> NO GOOD. IT SAYS "UNLOCKED" BUT THE CYLINDER WONT TURN. I USED THE CODE AND IT SAYS ---- UNLOCKED! BUT THE CYLINDER WONT TURN. I HAVE AND USED THE KEY IT TURNS BUT I GUESS THE PART THAT ENGAGES WHAT WOULD NEED TO BE ENGAGED TO OPEN THE LOCK IS MALFUNCTIONED. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. THATS WHAT I GET FOR BUYING SOME FOREIGN CRAP. I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO KICK MY DOOR DOWN????????

I had a professional locksmith install the lock, he said it was a good lock and easy to install. I love it, no problems so far!

Degital lock is a trouble maker.
One long nail was not incled in the orinal box, and I installed it with other two. It worked OK, but after three days, it did not work anymore. I tryed to repaire, but it never work again. This is the second degital lock and I wish to change to a simple key lock to avoid any problem.

Works great about 10 times, then... hope you have another way in.
Had problems at first and then removed and reinstalled it and has been working great for 8 months. I installed Energizer ultimate lithium batteries, which helped with the cold winter.
