THE RECEIPT BOOK NEEDS IMPROVEMENT THE INST BOOK NEEDS TO BE PRINTED READABLE WITH LARGER AND DARKERPRINT GOOD INOVATION LIKE THE OVAL DESIGN THE AUTO COOKING PROGRAMS ARE GOOD IDEA BUT CANT FIGURE OUT SOME BECAUSE OF NO READABLE INST THE INNER POT WOULD BE BETTER CERMANIC MORE DURABLE PEOPLE OUT OF THE USA AND CANADA BE SURE YOU HAVE 110V ELECT ALSO IF YOU HAVE OLD WIRING WITH ONLY TWO PRONGS THERE IS A CONVERTER PLUG WJICH CONVERTS 3 PLUG TO A 2 PLUG

I have used it a couple of times and it has performed beautifully. It replaces my old beloved cooker which was oval, and this was one of the few out there. The shape just makes so much more sense. The convenience of the buttons could not make this easier. It is really simple to program and adjust. While I agree with other comments, a bit more instruction could be helpful, but eventually you will be able to understand all of it’s functionality.

Great product, but holds food smells a lot! I cleaned it very well but I think the silicon ring is holding the smell of onions and garlic

My first one, lasted over a year using it prob 3 to 4 times a week. It had a fault, one one of the settings. it broke, Replaced it, didn't need that setting. It lasted about 2 yrs, still using it 3 or 4times a week esp in the summer. when its hot out. works like a dream for that. It stopped heating up.. Now this one I bought in Apr. 22,2021. I am not cooking as much, but still wanted it for the hot days. I used it once in apr. Today I plug it in and it peeps like crazy with E -04.. I plug in and out, check the base plug that it is all connected, and still the E-04 go to the manual and it says malfunction contact customer service. , Now do i really want to hassel all that.. I don't know at this point. I wish they would get the kinks out, I other wise love the thing.

Absolutely loved my Geek Chef since Oct until last night. Started dinner late cause I knew I had extra time, until it just doesn't work. Did my salute function, switched over to pressure cook, NOTHING. Tried again tonight just to see if it would do anything, lights come on, but that's it. Can't set anything. Hi guess quality is a thing of the past. SO SAD!!!!!

loved it for two weeks it was great cooked the food fast and the food had good taste.. after two weeks the inner pot began to lose its coating and food began to stick then the red pressure valve lost its mounting grommet..customer service said it was not unusual since it was easy to lose. they had no replacements and did not know when they would get them. they tried to be helpful and nice but could not help me. i purchased the unit the last of july and now it is useless.

Really love the size of this for cooking pot roasts! We used to fill our old crock pot to the rim, but this has room to spare. Use it as a slow cooker for tender meat or as a pressure cooker when you're in a hurry. We have used this device once, but are really happy with its convince and easy to clean after! Soups, stews and roasts etc. are a snap!

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my Sister-in-law. She loves it!! She was able to put a small whole ham in it and received many compliments on the results. She really likes the oval shape as it works well for a large turkey breast, ham, and ribs. From her comments, I would recommend this to others.
