Be mindful of the blender motor seals. Do NOT leave any fluid in the mixer long term. I burnt out a motor this way. Other than that, worked great for me! Equal quality (and probably same parts manufacturer as the promixx line) and worked wonderfully. Bought another and will be more careful this time.

I have used my mixer twice now. The first day, I filled it up to the top line. I typically add matcha tea, mega-nutrition organic superfood and chia seeds to my protein shake. I found that when filling the cup up to the 16 oz line, it didn't create the vortex and the powders I added just sat on the top without being mixed in. In addition, the protein shake foamed up and started to run over the top of the glass creating a mess before I could get it turned off. Today, the second day, I only filled the cup up halfway and added my additional powders and seeds. It created the vortex and mixed the ingredients wonderfully. Then little by little, I added more protein shake almost up to the 16 oz line which worked out fine. In the future, I will drink part of it then continue adding and stirring until I have added the entire protein shake (no higher than the 14 oz line) because when you fill it to the top and turn it off, if sometimes burps and splatters out of the cup. I find the lid to be useless. It is hard to drink from the little hole and your mouth fits awkwardly over the hole so I don't use the lid. No big deal for me because I am drinking this in the office and not in my car where you may need a lid. Prior to using this cup, I added all of these ingredients to a shaker cup. The ingredients did not mix well and I would end up with a mouth-full of powder that did not dissolve no matter how vigorously I shook it. I am pleased overall with this product.

After six months of infrequent use (maybe twice a week) the silver part of the base has come lose from the rest of the base. It's actually stuck in the on position as I type this and I cannot turn it off as I have no access to the power button. Also, no access to charge the battery anymore either. Too bad. It was a pretty nifty gadget up until today.

Cool product. I bought this as a gift for a friend of mine. It seems convenient for him since he always on the go for those pre-workout meals and post.

It is a very good product, works well and has a charger. My only problem is the price was too high.

The product worked as expected and my husband loved it until after a couple of months the bottom stopped charging and would not mix anymore.

It's amazing for like the first week. Took care of it very well, didn't mix anything too hard, just protein and water. 2 weeks go by and the battery is shot and I now have to leave it on the charger when I use it. I also kept track of the time before and it worked fine.. s***ty buy
