So I cant fault the product, it arrived on time. In good condition, and di what it says it does...but just so you know it doesn't fit x waves cordless flosser.

Not able to change the tips
It came with replacement tips. However, the original tip cannot be removed. In other words, there is no point for a replacement tips.
