After using the product for months, it stopped working and I thought it would be a painful exercise to get in touch with the service center team and get it fixed, but to my surprise the service center team was very professional and responsive. They fixed it in a week and sent it back to me.Great job guys

For the first week or so the sensor was working fine but after charging it worked only for a day and then completely died out without any warning. Followed all the different trouble shooting methods suggested in the product page but to no avail. Contacted customer care but no response even after weeks of waiting.Feel completely cheated out of my money as this sensor is not that cheap for the very basic function it provides.I strongly suggest not to waste your hard earned money on this useless sensor and look elsewhere.

Felt forced to write a review for this product. I purchased this in August 2022 for my kitchen. Given the frequency of operation and nature of the product, I did not expect this to last more than a year. But, am I surprised?? After almost 2 years, the unit is working very well without any problem. Being on the kitchen sink, there is heavy usage and this product has met this demanding application. Very well designed and manufactured product, it is obvious that high quality components have been used. I have kept it installed and use a power bank to charge so that it need not be removed for charging. Charge lasts for weeks, anyway. Very happy with this product.

The media could not be loaded. I installed it easily. As you can see in video. In start, there is leakage. Then it gets better.There is no aeration as promoted.Flow is slower so water is saved. Pressure is reduced. You have to keep object nearby to open the sensor.

Really bad product. Kept leaking and tap would suddenly remain on for a long time. Now it has suddenly stopped working and totally unresponsive. Do not buy this product.

Purchased on 23rd September 2022..... Now product does not charge.... Whom should I contact for battery replacement

Very valuable device to save water. Once charged battery last for more than 6 weeks. Dual mode of sensor is amazing. A Must-buy product for every household. Awesome
