This fixed my UP 14 “animal plus Dyson cinetic big ball”. Only four screws and I was up and running again. BTW, your serial number and model number are located behind the removable dust bin. I didn’t see anyone state whether or not it works on UP 14 but it does. I’m so happy I did not have to buy a new vacuum cleaner or take it to repair shop! I tested it out in my living room and bedroom and it works just like it was brand new!
