Nice
Well built and definitely worth buying and welding to my blank. Saved hundreds of dollars going this way.

Needs several adjustments to be usable
1 - The backside was 5" lower than the front which had to be cut off to allow the bucket to sit on the ground.2 - The stops for the handles when they are in the up position are angled too vertical and prevent the locking pins from coming all the way up. You have to cut down close to the weld from the top 1 1/4" then bend the finger you created to the outside to allow the handle to fully open.3 - The metal plate that connect the front and back plates that are in the path of the handles being lowered are about 1" too high and have to be notched to allow the handles to lock down.4 - The spring that applies tension against the handle is too short and will not keep the handles up. you have to add three of washers to get the proper tension.5 - The locking pins are at a 45° angle and would not engage properly. I changed the angle to approximately 60° by cutting off approximately 1/4" at the bottom and 3/8" at the top. This worked well for me.6 - Had to grind down the welds across the top area where it fits into the pocket of the attachments to they would be able to fully set.Whiles the backing plates were wider than the front mount it was not wide enough to for my loader arms, a Dual 3100 but I expected that.Overall after the modifications were made it works well and will meet my needs. You can plan on spending around 2 hours making the modifications. With having done it once, I can probably do it in about an hour.

Great Value but poorly engineered
This adapter Converted my Kioti DK 65 to fit bobcat attachments. Very Heavy 2 person lift. For a "universal" adapter I expected the plates would need to be modified. For my tractor and other small to midsize tractors you will likely need to cut off the bottom of the weld on plate. What I should not have had to do was modify the adapter to work on the bobcat attachments. I had to notch the bracket that holds the spring assembly to allow it to open and also had to shave the oversized round pins flat on one side that lock the adapter to the bottom of the bobcat. Having said that it still is a great value overall.

Very well made, so glad I bought it .
Very well, so glad I bought it . Bought the JDQA (John Deere Quick Attach) from Amazon, took both to a welding shop and now I can use the skid steer quick attach implements available everywhere. Also the guy at the welding shop was impressed and said it was a good value with the price of steel way up.

Works
This adapter works exactly as intended. Converted my old Ford 1710 from pin to universal quick attach. Wish it weren't so bulky, but it is well made.

Think of it as a kit.
Buy this knowing that you will have to take it apart and fix everything that moves. It is still reasonable for the cost. The sleeves that hold the wedge pins had to be cut off and machined down to fit in a standard attachment. The welds on the sleeves looked pretty suspect anyway. The linkage that moves the pins had to be disassembled. A step on that rod had to be beveled, and a chamfer cut on the block so they would overcenter properly. Then the spring adjusters for the two levers were assembled wrong. You could tighten them and the washer was bottomed on on the pivot, not the lever so it wouldn't apply any force to hold the levers in position. The welding overall on the unit shows lots of spots of porosity and other defects, but it appears it will hold up.

Fabrication and welding skills needed but cant beat the price.
I ordered this to make a mustang single pin to quick attach adapter. I already had a mustang plate so all I had to do was weld this quick attach to my plate. With this unit you will have to weld and most likely cut off some of the plate they have on there for you to weld to as it is very large so a plasma cutter or torch will be needed. I had to remove 2 inches from the bottom and one from the outside edge. As long as you know how to weld and have basic fabricating skills this is easily fabed up in 3 hours. I found a weld or two that didnt look the best but seem fine. For the price I couldnt even buy the metal to make this not to mention the time I would have spent. I could have bought one already done for $1200 so $300 for the unit 3hrs some welding wire and gas it was a great buy.

Well-built but poorly engineered.
The manufacture needs to take this unit and try to attach it to an implement. Then you will see the engineering flaw. Can’t beat the cost but it will require fabrication to make it work. Took me about six hours to correct the problem.
