Iberogast LARGE SIZE (100ml) THREE BOTTLES- for Dyspepsia, Bloating, Stomache Pain and Heartburn Brand: Medical Futures

This is the best, best, BEST thing I've ever used for my IBS. I've been diagnosed with IBS-D, but I'm pretty sure I actually have IBS-A. One of the contributing factors (possibly the cause) of my IBS is SIBO. I've gone through two rounds of Xifaxan, which have helped but not cured anything. I eat VERY carefully.I take 40 drops before a meal and 40 at bedtime and it has reduced my symptoms VERY significantly. Before starting Iberogast I was having IBS symptoms daily and I would get so nauseous that I'd vomit every, single night. Since starting this (almost a year ago), the vomiting has stopped and my symptoms have improved greatly. I'll even go entire weeks without symptoms.Just pointers for other IBSers out there: other things that help me are: Digestive enzymes (including Beano), 5-HTP, Ginger root capsules, peppermint oil capsules, and guar gum fiber.

I have a rare condition, or perhaps more likely, underdiagnosed condition called SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth). I was diagnosed at the NCNM (National College of Natural Medicine) here in Portland, OR in 2015. There, Dr. SSL was able to figure out why I was still losing weight and had a wide array, and worsening, GI symptoms. This, after being diagnosed in 2013 earlier for Celiac Disease, IBD, and multiple food allergies. I was eating healthier than many people I know and yet still, after some initial progress, my health was worsening again. The NCNM tested me and I came back positive for SIBO. I was given a diet regiment to follow, told to take natural antibiotics (yes, they exist) such as Allimed, berberine complex, and neem. Then, after doing that for about eight weeks, I stopped taking the natural antibiotics. Then, the next day they had me start taking this Iberogast, it has definitely helped! I'm also still continuing this diet regiment, it's a permanent diet change. Also, the only two restaurants that can work around my SIBO diet (which has -some- overlap with an SCD diet) is Cultured Caveman and Brooklyn House.

Had no clue how much good these 20 drops (once per day following dinner) were doing me until i ran out, Never again! I thought i was just improving on my own, Ha. I have a hernia which causes moderate-severe gerd and because this product is a pro kinetic it keeps things from flowing backwards up my esophagus, also prevents a backwash from my colon into my small intestine which had caused me to have painful SIBO. Simple inexpensive solution (each 100ml bottle lasts three months) and i get to have my digestive acids to properly digest my food rather than taking awful meds that reduce necessary stomach acid.

I was referred to Iberogast by GI at Mayo. I had recurring bouts of dyspepsia-like issues, with nausea, bloating, vomiting, slow motility, etc. While Iberogast can't be compared to other prescription motility drugs, it certainly helps getting movement, reduces bloating and improves general digestion. Since this is 100% natural product,one shouldn't expect instant results; it works better over time with regular use. One 100ml bottle lasts about a month for me, dosing twice a day. I didn't experience any side-effects with this, unlike some of the prescription drugs for motility.

This product came to us based upon the recommendation of a Mayo Clinic Dr. It has lived up to its promised effect! I don't know what we would have done had this product not been available from a North American company!! Keep importing it and selling it as it has been of great help to my wife. She has functional dyspepsia and this product has been of great help in treating her medical problem.

My gastroenterologist suggested I try this product to relieve the stomach pain associated with stomach acid I had been experiencing for over 3 months despite taking Prilosec twice a day (per his direction). Within 10 days of taking Iberogast my symptoms were much better and by the 14 day mark, my symptoms completely disappeared. I was able to start reducing the Prilosec dosage and resume my morning cup of coffee :-) I highly recommend this product for stomach pain and acid reflux related issues. It is at least worth trying. It has been clinically studied and shown to help stomach issues without any long term known side effects according to my gastroenterologist.

I have gastroparesis and saw mentions of this product online when I was trying to find something to help me eat when everything the doctors prescribed had failed. It took me about a month to try it because I didn't really think it would help. It was about a month after my official diagnosis but I had been suffering from GP for almost a year and I was absolutely desperate. I AM SO THANKFUL AND GRATEFUL FOR IBEROGAST!! It has saved my life along with Lily of the Desert aloe vera gel - Inner Fillet. I'm still basically a skeleton but I eat twice a day, it stays down and I don't have that horrible full feeling which is so debilitating. I can only hope that things continue to improve and I'm able to eat more in the days to come.

This product is something I found via my own research and it has helped me with digestion more than most prescribed medications. You need to be careful about the ingredients as some can cause heart arrythymias if regular amounts are taken as directed. I am only using it once a day and it is helping but I am preventing the side effects I was having the first time I used it.
