solid investment
Great for Small Jewelry Projects!Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5)Performance:This tumbler is perfect for polishing small jewelry pieces and other delicate items. The 3kg capacity is ideal for personal or small business use, and it handles metals like silver and brass with ease. After a few cycles, my tarnished jewelry came out looking shiny and new!Ease of Use:The machine is straightforward to set up and use. The timer and speed controls are intuitive, and I appreciated the bidirectional rotation feature—it ensures an even polish on all surfaces.Durability:The build quality is decent for the price. It feels sturdy, and the glass barrel provides a good view of the polishing process. However, I recommend handling it with care, as the barrel might be prone to scratches.Highlights:Low noise compared to other tumblersAdjustable speeds and timer settings (up to 60 minutes)Works well on coins, stones, and jewelryCompact and fits easily in small workspacesMinor Drawbacks:The included instructions were minimal and lacked detail. Watching online tutorials helped. The motor could feel slightly underpowered when filled to maximum capacity.Cleaning the barrel after use can be a bit tedious.Final Thoughts:For the price, this jewelry tumbler is a solid investment for hobbyists or small-scale jewelers. It’s efficient, easy to use, and provides great results when used correctly. Just be mindful of its limitations, and you’ll have a reliable tool for your polishing needs.

Works better than advertized
Do a lot of sterling silver work and the tumbler works like a charm. Could not be happier with this product.

Extremely SMALL. NO INSTRUCTIONS. Everything is in Chinese DO NOT BUY!!
Update - while running on slow and 1/2 full, the drum just exploded. It did not fall of the motor, but ruined the motor and drained fluid down the power cord blowing my fuses (old house). DO NOT BUY THIS.This extremely small, "reconditioned" unit has several problems. 1) the ON/OFF button does not work. It comes with no instructions. I am using is for brass shell casings, cannot get very many in this unit. No instructions as to if wet media can be used with the steel pins. They send a package of BB's, which look like #7 1/2 bird shot, but my magnet does stick to them. So they must be just dirty looking steel. I would return it, but have metastatic cancer, and it is just easier for me to throw it away. What a disappointment! Amazon... you need to do a better job screening this stuff. 3-4 years ago you had a great company with good products. Now you never know what you are going to get. Why are you selling us terrible stuff now? Your company, and this opinion is through many, many orders, is becoming completely un-trustable. Why? This was an excellent company. Now I have to shift to Walmart, as they are still trustworthy. Look back though my years of orders, there are a lot, and see how my returns have had to increase as time has gone on. This is fixable. Please bring your company back to the excellent service it once was!

Game changer
As a jewelry artist I use this tumbler frequently. I love that takes my jewelry to the next level by removing flaws and firescale. I should’ve bought two

No directions but easy to figure out
This tumbler comes with no directions, but its two knobs clearly control time (left) and speed/direction (right). Some settings on the right will have a pause and then tumble in the opposite way, pause, and then tumble in the other way again. If you do not like the way it is going, just turn the knob to another setting! It does go fast. The case for the steel shot and items to tumble is easy to open and load and then seal--it is not a turn but a lock, which I like a lot. I used my own steel shot, not what came with the machine--do not trust that. I recommend--four stars due to no directions.

Worked great on the first attempt
I was skeptical about buying and many looked the same. You need to get that shine stuff to add in. I watched some videos online and poured in the metal bb’s, filled just over the top of those with warm water and a teaspoon of that shine liquid. I put in a 999 silver and necklace and was worried about what would happen. 30 mins later I pulled out to be sure it wasn’t ruined and I was blown away. It went from silverish to almost white and looks like a diamond finish. Very impressed on the first try, hope it keeps working like this! Btw, I set it on level 3 for 30 mins

Be prepared to replace early
I have been making jewelry for over 15 years and used 2x a Harbor Freight Tumbler for over half of that time and then an American made tumbler from Rio Grande for a few years. I wanted something that had a clear, clean barrel and was less expensive. With pretty regular use this one lasted 1 year, 9 months. Today the barrel cracked near the top and it's not usable. HOWEVER, much earlier on the tumbler's dials stopped working - the timer, half of the speed settings, etc. Plus, as others have said, most will have to use it intuitively because it's marked in a language other than English. It is also much faster than other tumblers which was a little concerning considering it breaks more easily. I'm just glad it broke as I was putting items in it and not while it was moving. I will not be buying this brand again and can't recommend it, unfortunately. That being said, I feel I got my money's worth. It's just not good quality and not safe.
