The 2015 Study, discussed in a recent Yahoo News article on 22SEP2022, discussed the most efficacious dosing as 400mg or 600mg PER KILOGRAM.A 210 pound man is 95.2kg.For easy math, call it 100kg...Multiple that by 600mg and you get 60,000mgOr 6 grams, if the 60,000mg scares you.That is a daily dose.If you wanted to use the 400mg/kg daily dose, then that's 40,000mg/day.These are 1,000mg and 120/bottle.In terms of true efficacy, based on that 2015 Study mentioned above, a bottle will last 2-3 days depending on which dose you try.Lower dosing, at 200mg/kg had no effect, so there's no point in going below 400mg/kg.This is a 2-pack, so for $50, you'd get 4-6 days of efficacious coverage, depending on your choice of dosingIf you weigh more or less than roughly 210 pounds, which I rounded up from 95.2kg to 100kg for easy math, then you'll get less or more out of this purchase.For everyone who experienced little to no effect, the dosing tested would ideally need to be followed, EXCEPT that the Study referenced tests on Rats...Why the article chose a study from 2015 with no further data or studies in the ensuing 7 years is quite questionable.I suggest searching medical literature for more studies and their outcomes & dosing regimen FOR HUMAN SUBJECTS.THEN, return to your product and see if its recommended dose of a max of 6,000mg daily works or needs to be adjusted.Since weight figures into diabetes and diabetic studies including dosing, then it surely matters with Onion Extract that you purchase, regardless of its label.Since there are no FDA standards for supplements, you will typically find a lower, presumably safe recommendation, even if there are clinical trials and studies available.That's just smart business.The studies show Onion Extract is effective in rats, which often translates from rat to human in terms of efficacy although dosing must be tested with humans to dial it in most precisely... so the product here is probably not the issue... and the manufacturer can't really be any more precise in this case.Research for yourself and then assess Onion Extract if you're set on trying it.Think of it like this ... you would not try to wash a car if all you had was 5 gallons of water per day. Whatever car wash soap you used would never get blamed because it's absurd to blame the soap when you know you have far too little water to do the job.I'm telling you that 6,000mg/day might only work for the very lightest of children.That's 1/10th of the dose for a roughly 210 pound person, so 1/10th of that weight is around 21 pounds.Natural things typically require greater amounts of the material and of time for things to work, but since they are natural, they most often lack the side effects of pharmaceuticals.

The bottles show ninety (90 ) capsules, well not so much. It's not hard to figure out that when you are to take three (3) of the fruit caps and three (3) of the veggies each day and when you get to the last cap. in the fruit bottle and still have twenty-one (21) caps left in the veggie battle and you have only taken the caps. for twenyt-three (23) days that you got SCREWED. For what it's worth, I have tried to contact the company. Got an answering machine, they said they would call me back. Won't hold my breath. If they do call and fix the problem, I will write another review.

The media could not be loaded. I'm not doubting the quality of the product. But whoever was in charge of putting the powder in the capsules did a disgusting job.
