Hawkdale Leather Belt Men 1.25 Inch - Black, Brown Suit Trouser - Made In The UK # 804-400

This is a nice quality belt, however be careful with sizing and colour. The 'red' belt seems more of a reddy brown online but is in fact pillar box red in person, which isn't really the look I was going for however I do not have time to change at this point so I just have to go with it...I bought a small, normally being "26 inch waist, and the "28 belt only just fits with a hole spare, so I'd recommend going up a size.Apart from that, it is clearly a good quality belt, real leather indeed going by the smell, and I'm guessing because of this it'll be durable too.

This is my second belt, the first one was brilliant, but this one has the buckle fixed by poppers rather than rivets, At first I thought it was great I could change the buckle if I wanted, but it isn't very secure. I think it will be alright when the leather gets more supple with wear. I would buy one again, but I would ask how the buckle was fixed on. But I would still give it 4 starts, the leather is beautiful, I haven't seen one so well made in the shops.

This belt was too short. I ordered a Hawdale belt and one from Ashford Ridge. Both labelled large and 36 - 40”. The Hawkdale one was 4” shorter than the other and too small.

This is a lovely belt, not too chunky and very comfortable. I am a size 8/10 so ordered the recommended size. However on reading reviews that say the belt comes up small I was a little worried. Started off on the third hole in but after wearing for a couple of weeks i’ve had to tighten it to the fourth. Can only assume that as made of natural fibre it has stretched a little, which suits me. Not too long so doesn’t look bulky under t shirts etc. Very happy with it, use it nearly every day.

First off, bought two but not yet worn either but initial impressions are the belt is not edge stitched as appears in one of the pictures, this is just an indent to try and give that effect. The holes are simply that and do not have any metal ringlets to stop the hole(s) spreading and the belt at the buckle end is held by only two rivets rather than stitched. So the belt on initial inspection looks cheaply made but maybe and hopefully it will wear better than its construction would suggest. I do consider my size as XL and the 40''-44'' length was right for me and the colours are as illustrated.

I haven’t used this belt yet, it was too big but I had extra holes added from my local friendly shoe repair man for the price of inserting money into the charity box. The belt itself looks great quality and I’m sure it will do just the job of holding my jeans up. Very pleased with my choice and great price too.

This is the second of these belts I have bought from this supplier. I have this one in navy too. The belts are perfect - fantastic quality, especially for the price. The colours are true to the photos and the sizing is accurate. Delivery was prompt. Would definitely buy again and recommend.

Delivery excellent, came 1-3 days early from what was stated. Excellent quality off belt. I ordered largest one as wasn’t sure if other 1 would fit & wish I had ordered 2nd largest but no complaints just using last hole on belt. Absolutely excellent value for money & free delivery so fantastic

Good quality belt, fit well. Plain and simple but good quality. Perfect everyday belt.

I have a 32-33" waist. I needed a "large" size to allow the belt to buckle, and the end to go past the final loop. In my opinion, the large would fit up to a size 34" waist, maybe a 35" waist, but that's all. The medium would only fit up to a size 28-30" waist, realistically. The small size would be for a child, as I've never known an adult with less than a 28" waist. But, I love the belt.

This belt is just cheaply made. It probably won't last very long (not very supple) and the edges are a bit sharp so it can wear down the belt loops prematurely. On the plus side it was exactly the right size I wanted (to fit through pants with small loops) and it looks okay.

Good dress belt. The leather is a bit thinner than I supposed it would be.

As advertised. Will use again.

Belt gets a 4, mold odor really to heavy to leave on a closet...
