Detail in Contemporary Landscape Architecture Paperback – September 19, 2012

Beautiful book! The project reviews were a terrific guide for a variety of projects and a very useful foundation for further study of projects and / or practitioners.

I must admit that I thought this book was going to be a graphic design book focusing on landscapes. Seems to me that it's really about augmenting building architecture with landscape/garden options. Which is great because I haven't really considered buildings... until now. I'm impressed with the book, it has opened my eyes a little more.

This was very cheap when I bought it. I love that it comes with digital drawings of the works published. Great help to understand these projects!

I purchased this book w/o knowing how much information this book had in it. I was even more suprised with the CD insert that had all the drawings in CAD. This book had so much more than I expected-great book with great details and plans

The cd with the details that supposed and advertised to be included in the book did't get to me. I got delivered ONLY the printed book.

I thought this would be a little more in depth, but it is cool none the less. It has a cd with some bare bones CAD details that featured in the book. At the end of the day, this is more of a coffee table book, than an educational, or research book.

I was very excited to see the book arrived still in its plastic cover and included the CD that accomanies the book. The book did take a little longer to arrive than the other books I ordered on the same date. Otherwise it arrived in excellent condition and I was very happy with the service.

The book was purchased for a professor for use in their classroom. The information is very helpful teaching students as a required book.
