Read the reviews before you purchase this. Make sure this is what you are looking for.
Where do I start? I am homeschooling my 6 year old and after a museum trip that had a gravity room we decided that would be our next lesson. Based on the reviews I knew that same pages only had a word or two at a time but I guess I didn't expect those words to be part of actual sentences. To get a grasp of what was being said we had to go through the pages quickly and them go back and actually look at the pictures. Or, read 1 or 2 words at a time, look at the pictures, go to the next page and read another couple words,, look at the pictures, go to the next page and read another couple words, look at the pictures and then another page to read the end of the sentence. By that time we forget what the actual sentence says so we go back and read it again. At the end of the book are a couple pages with facts that are not kid friendly. Disappointed in this book. I gave it 3 stars because my 6 year old loves the pictures. At least I was able to use those to explain gravity to her.

If you are looking for a book to introduce to your curious reader about gravity and space this is it
A simplified way of introducing complex science and space education for kids. Wish I had bought this before buying others as it is for either younger or never been introduced to the solar system and gravity matters kids.

A great book for teaching reading to a 5 year old!
A great book for teaching reading to a 5 year old! Many of the pages have one word which is magic for reaching reading. Also the art is amazing and the book teaches the concept of gravity really well. Sold gold for kids learning to read!

Fun book with science.
We borrowed this book from our local library and my child loved it. So, for Christmas, we bought him the book, and he was SO happy! :) The words aren't too complicated, but introduce some scientific principles in an interesting and fun way.

Well written.
It's an easy read and summarizes Gravity in a minimalistic way. Highly recommended.

Very nicely illustrated book
Very nicely illustrated book. Good basic information. My only complaint is that the age range provided was 5-8 years. This book is more like 4-5 years old book. So, if you have a 4-5 year old, its a great "beginner science" book for them.

Suitable for 3 or 4 year olds rather than older children.
This book has great illustrations but less content than I expected. My five year old son had been asking for a book about gravity and this was too basic for him. Lots of the pages only have two or three words on them. There are a couple of pages at the back with more text, but not really enough to make it worth getting this book. We found 'Down to Earth: The Story of Gravity' by Jacqui Bailey was a much better book on the subject for that age even though the pictures aren't quite as great.

I really like this book
I really like this book, its nice to have a factual book for young kids especially as my 6 year old came home recently and had an argument with me that God created the world :s with everything they pick up at school its good to teach them about our place in the cosmos and this is a beautifully illustrated way to do that. Very simple explanations, lovely images.

Not worth for 700 rupees
Few sentence about gravity written word by word in pages. Looks colourful but no content . Not worth for the money spent

Gorgeous book!
This has simple words but gorgeous pictures! It fit in perfectly with my kindergartener's space inquiry. Lots of opportunities to spark discussion.
