DAOKI5Pcs Expansion Board TCA9548A I2C IIC Multiplexer Breakout Board 8 Channel Expansion Board for Arduino

I had to write a minor amount of code, but was WAAAY worth it. I now can have 2 installed & run one bus at 5v & another bus at 3.3 v. Makes multiple displays, sensors, etc super easy to use !! I'll be getting a lot more of these !!

I used these multiplexers with Arduino and multiple OLED screens. They were easy to use and there were several tutorials online.

Great item for extending your I2C bus for Arduino. If they work. Let me clarify, 2 out of the 5 are dead on arrival. The other 3 work fine. For the cost of them, returning them would be too much of a hassle. Spent a good 45 minutes going over my code as this was my first time using these and I thought something was wrong with the code. Finally decided to try a different one and it worked fine. Was hoping to not have to solder all the pin headers on to all 5 of them now but wanted to test the rest of them.If they work, 5 stars. But with the uncertainty of getting all 5 in a working condition, we'll drop that to 3.

Four of out Five... that's how many actually worked.

These are not the same as the Adafruit model. There is no pads to remove termination or jumper addressing. The only way I found to remove termination is to remove the resistors which is difficult to do cleanly.

Have tried to use it in combination with VL53lox sensors without any luck, Luckily i purchased the 5 pack. Maybe 1 will work out of the lot. Should have been so simple. Will contact the dealer for support. Wish me luck.
