If you need an ultra-sensitive motion sensor, buy this one
I decided to try this microwave motion sensor to control lighting inside a utility closet. Unfortunately, it worked too well. It actually sensed motion through the gaps in our bifold doors. No problem, I am repurposing the sensor to control my LED network panel lighting.Very simple to wire up the line and load. 5☆ if the sensitivity adjustments and the instructions were better.

Good General Purpose Motion / Delay Switch for Low Amperage Light Circuit
Considering the low cost and the nice sensitivity of this device, what's not to like? This can control a porch light, a camera a relay, etc. It detects motion from at least 10 ft distance and has a nice ability to remain closed (on) for an adjustable period of time.Mine did not come with instructions, however the pictures on the Amazon seller page show the load and the power connections clearly. I'm not sure yet if the electrical inspector will accept using an outlet box with a hole in the cover yet - I will update this if there are issues. Connections to AC line voltage have to be in a proper junction box.My application is to have several motion detectors to sense hallway motion and then one main relay to keep hall lights on as required instead of buying very expensive three way (or more) switches with master/slave sensors. I plan to use this to turn on our porch light as well if it works out. This is a very nice little unit for twelve bucks.

Nice technology, but there is no way that this ...
Nice technology, but there is no way that this device meets code requirements. I had to fabricate a box to enclose the exposed 110v + and - connection screws, while allowing the sensor to be visible. Waste of time. Buy some other solution from Amazon.

It did not burn my house down.
This microwave sensor worked better than the microwave sensor built into the 100W LED light I bought but gave up the ghost in a big way 4 months later. The load was far below the relay's rating so I'm not sure what to say besides mount on a fireproof surface if you want to take the chance.Sensky was responsive and issued a refund. It was installed under an eve, but they said it was not for outdoor use.The pictures in the listing imply use for opening outside garage doors, etc, but condensation must have done it in.

works great
I used this in my garage and to follow code I mounted it in a 2x4 box with a plastic weatherproof cover. Works great, a lot better than an IR detector. The microwave penetrates the plastic cover and gives great range. (Use a clear in-use receptacle cover.) This is also a timer, I can set it not to come on until a certain time and to go off at a certain time. I use this function so as to not having the lights come on because of pets when I am sleeping.

Works Great for small applications
Using for garage neon lights works really good.

Amazing, it sees through walls and turns on 110v ...
Amazing, it sees through walls and turns on 110v ac!! , 4 stars only due to that its not easy to make safe, I had to add it to a power bar cord so that the whole bar is now on this sensor (very easy to do), 600 watts so its pretty good for lights, maybe 6 of them at once, even better for LED. there is no 3rd ground wire option for safety so I left the 3rd wire in the cord so it went from the wall socket through to the power bar, just bypassing this device. I tie wrapped the power line that goes into this device so they couldnt pull out accidently. Does Exactly what I want now. I am buying more.
