Works well with Duo 3V POE, suggest you setup mounting alignment on table before installing
Works great as a mounting base for the Duo 3V POE camera. Can be a bit of a bear to line up everything and get the 4 layers lined up. I found that if you setup on a table and use blue painters tape to mark the alignment it make installation on the house much easier and less frustrating.

They look good with the Camera, a little bit Bucky but overall okay.

Essential for any Reolink camera owners installing outside
If you're a Reolink camera user and you're on the fence about buying junction boxes for your cameras, do it.These make it significantly easier to put cameras up/down, protect your wiring and penetration points, and improve the overall aesthetics. If you don't plan on penetrating walls, I highly recommend them for keeping the install clean. If you are penetrating walls, they allow you to run smaller holes since you don't need to shove the entire wire bundle through the wall.

Does not fit the Duo 3V as expected.
The visible notch in the junction box is to allow for the cable that comes out of the dome cameras to bend without being forced. However, the Duo 3V cable does not fit within the notch when you align it with the required F marked holes, which means the cable MUST be squashed during installation of the camera. Also there is no way to pre-mount the camera to the mounting plate and then easily attach it to the junction box. You have to open the camera up while you are mounting the plate to the box, which is VERY awkward and doesn't lend itself to protecting the internals of the dome camera. The whole experience makes me wish I hadn't spend the ~$200 on a dome camera and junction box from reolink.

Fits RLC-542WA & more
While not advertised, this does fit the RLC-542WA using the B holes. However, peeking under the sticker it ships with reveals a lot more holes. The 542WA fits into hole 7 according to the etched markings.Setting that aside, this is a fine unit and does what it says on the tin. The price is decent for how thick the metal is and all the included rubber to keep the seal. Note however that it only comes with one waterproof inlet, and the grommet will probably not stay waterproof if you try to run multiple cables out of the side. The other two included pieces are stoppers. If you need to run cables through more than one inlet, you will need to buy your own.

total incompetence from support team!
As you can see from the photos - and despite the fact amazon and Reolink say the D20 junction box can accommodate the RLC 843A dome camera, when attached to the cover plate, it covers the mounting holes and you cannot then attach the mounting plate back to the junction box. I've had several emails and even phone calls with the support team, but I can not seem to explain this to them (maybe it's the language barrier - I speak english). They keep referring me back to the same diagram than shows there are mounting holes (the F1,2 & 3 holes) on the cover plate. YES>>>I know they are there!, but once the camera is attached, you cannot remount it to the box. Can anyone out here help me get a return for this equipment??? Amazon claims the return window has closed.
