Ti Key Ring Chain

This item is.. a mixed bag.. some of the rings are of much higher quality then others (the flat surfaced ones being in the lower quality) but overall each has the same issue of warping when keys, etc. are added. These are also noticeably heavier then generic steel rings of the same size/type in comparison - which should not be the case as titanium would be somewhat lighter ??? big red flag there...Overall I would not recommend this item, and seriously have my doubts about the quality of titanium (if any) used making these rings.

Really strong even when I took pliers to them, also the smallest titanium rings I could find on amazon. I wouldn't call them "matte" though, they're more like gunmetal silver and somewhat shiny.

Wanted to add pocket suspension clips to my SAK's and found the titanium rings allow me to open / spread the rings to a extreme without damaging the ring. This was especially a problem with the standard SS rings when using the very thick titanium pocket / mollie suspension clips.

The smallest rings are exactly what I wanted. Maybe titanium, maybe not. But good. The rest are trash. Just order small rings, if that is what you want. This is a "don't buy."

The strength of the product was inferior and it didn't take much pressure to bend them out of shape.

This review is for  16pcs/Lot Titanium Ti Matte Key Chain Key Ring Split Ring Size L M S 31mm 25mm 10mm . I'm not a metallurgist, and have not sent these off for testing, but I dispute that the large rings are made from Titanium. They are heavier than my super cheap steel or stainless steel key rings of the same size. I could be wrong because Ti comes in all sorts of grades (like steel) and perhaps my expectations were unreasonable at this price. However at the Blade Show I held a few real titanium split rings of the same size and they felt like your hand was empty, but they were more expensive. These were about $1 each still. I feel like I paid WAY too much for what I got here. The smaller split rings, however, at least LOOK like titanium. If you want some super lightweight cool looking titanium split rings to go with your #EDC gear, I would NOT recommend these.
