Pan works as described, but be aware that it cooks cakes much hotter than other, heavier pans. Very thin metal, which is good for storage but bad for even heat distribution and slowing down the direct heat.

I really enjoy being able to create my own pan size. I especially like the no stick quality. Take it apart and the pieces fit in the dishwasher.

It’s ok but it came bend in two corners of the square that goes on the bottom. Instructions are just pictures. I guess I need parchment paper so it doesn’t spill out through the seems.

Missing Parts
Well this is what I get for not using the item right away.First, I saw that the outside described the pan as being 21" x 4". That should have clued me in to the fact that quality would be an issue ... maybe not with the product itself but clearly the box didn't seem to be able to accommodate something 21". Sure enough, it must be a misprint since the pan is 12".The worst part is that the set was incomplete. I had the 4 perimeter pieces but mine was missing the 2 divider inserts (which is really what makes the pan useful and unique. I received it for Christmas but dis not open it until today, so now I am stuck with a square pan that will likely never be used (at least not for baking).
