Brilliant third party endorsed controller
The controller was a lot lighter than I expected when I bought it but didn't take long to adjust to and is in no way a downside to the product. The fact that it is much lighter than the old Xbox 360 wired pad I had been using means longer gaming sessions don't cause as much fatigue on my wrists and hands. The design is sleek and stylish and seems very well made. The triggers are easy to press and very responsive. The fact that the controller can be disconnected for easier storage also means that the wire doesn't get damaged at the joint of where it connects to the controller like on older wired pads.

Served me well
Got just over a year of serious use out of this bad boy. Pretty much daily high intensity rocket league during the pandemic and it was a beast.Great colour, great price, wprked flawlessly in windows. Now at just over a year old the stick drift on the left stick has become unplayable for competative gaming and so i need a replacment. But over a year of use for like £29 is well worth it.Going to go with PowerA Xbox controller again - they have a newer model now with extra buttons ... not sure but ill give it a go

Solid controller for laptop gaming
I predominantly used this controller plugged into my gaming laptop, and I got great use out of it for 2 years. I'm a casual gamer of FPS's, sports games, and roguelikes, and found that this controller did what it needed to do for those games well. I've taken 1 star off because the A,B,Y,X buttons felt a little "sticky" to press compared to more expensive controllers, but overall I was pleased with it. Ended up replacing it after 2 years due to stick drift, but I was happy with the use I got from it

I’d argue that this is a better controller than the one that comes boxed with the XBox One.
A super product. If you didn’t like the D pad on the official wireless Xbone controller this one one is far better. Analogue sticks are very nice, tried it playing racers, beaten ups and a platformer just to give it a good test and forgot it was my new pad within seconds. Triggers don’t have quite the same travel but the responsiveness was just right (Dirt 4 requires very accurate analogue triggers to get the throttle and brakes balanced the way I play and I’ve had some pads fall down on that. Not this one. Triggers are spot on.)Feels just right in size and weight, cable is just the right length. The buttons have a less dampened feel on the return and so the triggers click louder... is that an issue?Seriously that’s the only ‘fault’ I could come up it with. In other words I’m never buying another MS pad. I’m buying these. Wish it came with my Xbox when I bought it instead. It’s THAT good.

It does the job, if you don't use the D pad much
Took a gamble on this controller after my official Xbox 360 controller analogue sticks started playing up. Long story short, it's not great for what I need it for and I'm probably going to drop the money on an official Xbox One Controller and keep this one as a backup. It looks really nice on first impressions, feels nice to touch but is overall pretty cheaply built. Buttons feel good, triggers are fine. The analogue sticks have a textured edge that I'm not really a fan of but I can see how they'd help with grip. The vibration is pretty weak and rather than a green LED surrounding the Xbox logo like most Xbox controllers, this one has a piercing white light that is really distracting when playing in the dark.My main problem with this controller is that the D-pad seems to be really unresponsive when pressing diagonally. There seems to be a dead zone when pressing in a diagonal direction and although it does kind of work, it's just not feasible for any games that heavily rely on the D-pad.Still, if you need a reasonably cheap controller and you are using the D-pad minimally, I think this could be the one for you. It is definitely functional for shooters and games where you just use the D-pad in four directions. I found myself reverting back to my Xbox 360 controller for D-pad based games as it's just so much better.I found that it integrated seamlessly with Windows 10 but I had a hell of a job getting it to work on Windows 7 and still haven't got it to work. This could be my fault so I'm not blaming the controller for this but it's just worth bearing in mind.Positive:Analogue sticks are pretty goodButtons are solidReasonably pricedNegative:D pad very unresponsiveFeels cheapVibration weakCouldn't make it work on Windows 7

Very high quality controller, and unbeaten at this price
High quality controller, that almost feels no different to a Microsoft xbox one controller.Feels very nice in my hands, and appears to be quite durable, and can withstand my button mashing and dodge spamming in NiER Automata.I use this for my PC, and windows picked it up instantly, and installed the drivers extremely fast (and automatically without my prompting): a true plug and play experience. The wire is EXTREMELY long, so I well more than enough to reach the back USB ports of my PC under my desk.No latency issues whatsoever.Honestly, this controller is unbeaten at this price range, and I honestly would not pick up anything else, considering this exists
