iBstone Hearing Amplifier Rechargeable Vive20, Digital BTE Hearing Aid with Noise Reduction, Personal Sound Amplifier Devices PSAP (Pair, Beige)

Purchased these hearing amplifiers about a month ago. Having only had them a short time I'll be doing another review in a few months. So far they have been very useful for telephone and conversation in a quiet room. Struggling a bit with the using them for TV.I purchased these for my wife on her prime account using my credit card. I have had a couple of e mail communications with Alice at iBstone and she has been helpful.

Sound when I could hear it was very tinny . This is identified as an amplifier which in a way it might be but the volume control was not the best. At the low setting, i.e. 1 & 2 there was no sound. At the 3 setting the sound was intermittent, at 4 and above it was too loud and tinny to the point that I couldn't understand any of the noise I heard.

Awesome buy for the money. Only problem is very sensitive and change the volume easily if you just bump it with your hand. My 92 year old mom can put them in, But we have to adjust the volume every single time.

Eyeglass frame / ear piece contact causing minor pain. Hoping I'll develop tolerance.

At first I liked these hearing aids very much, but now, all I hear is either screeching or radio signals. I went cheap and I got what i paid for.

I honestly thought my hearing was lost permanently! My daughter bought these heating aides for me for Christmas, and I absolutely love them! What a way to hear the quality of life, that I honestly thought was gone! I can hear the laughter and joys of my grandkids! Thank you so much!

Product performs well, but parts availability is awful. I have been looking for replacement ear tubes for over a year, and they are constantly marked as "unavailable". the ear tubes are a soft, waxy plastic where it attaches to the aid, and they soon fall off and cannot be reconnected. This is unacceptable.

My husband is 84 years old and has been wearing very expensive hearing aids for about ten years now, and he was tired of buying batteries, so he wanted to try the rechargeable ones. After reading all the reviews I chose the ibstone hearing aids for him and we received them last week. I was surprised at how fast they recharge after placing them in the charger. I'm not sure how long it was as I only checked after 3 hours and they were already charged. It's easy to tell when they are charged as they have a blue light that turns to green when fully charged. So far he is satisfied and hasn't had to make any changes with the extra parts that came with them. Also, one night he forgot to plug them in and the batteries lasted all the next day. We'll know more after he has worn them longer, but so far, so good.
