I am giving the review after using earphones for almost 1 year. I purchased cross loop earphones because of it's attractive design and look. Sound quality of the earphone is better than other brand that I have used so far.Within warranty period one earphone stopped working as this is the usual problem with all the brands. So I have warranty period left so emailed to the support team. They helped a lot. Only 100 rs I paid for the pickup schedule for the one side one time payment and that was worth. After pickup, within 10 days I received my replacement. I really appreciate the support team of the Cross loop. Thanks for the replacement.

No tangling as expected.Good quality and color looks vibrant and trendy..

I bought this earphone for the first time in May. One of the ear pieces stopped working in two months. I requested a replacement with company and got a new one after three weeks of follow up. It has stopped working again!! now company wants me to replace it following the same replacement process, which is quite long. I don't want to go through it again and asking my refund which they are not agreeing to. Disappointed!

There is a possibility for these threads to get untangled. Earphone length is too much for daily use; it should be decreased. The extra wire beyond the braided part is worsening the aesthetic look. Decrease the length of the wire and maintain that braid pattern all through the wire. It's all perfect then. And also increase the length of earbud, it seems short and uncomfortable.

The best thing about this product is the high quality of the braid. The sound quality matches that of the other top brands in the market. It met all of my expectations and I would recommend this product for those who are looking for both quality and longevity.I would like to specifically highlight the amazing customer care service from Crossloop. The product I received from amazon stopped working after using it for a week or two. Since it came with a warranty, I contacted the customer care of crossloop. In less than 5 days, I got a replacement with a brand new product.Since then, I have been using these earphones, and it has been running smoothly.

The looks are good but quality is bad.

This is a photograph after 4 months of regular use. As you can see, I had coated the joints,where the fibre covering changed colour, as well as at the ends... with white adhesive, which we colloquially call Fevicol, & which the more American of you will know as Mod Podge. Sure, it added a bit of ugliness, if one looks closely, & a bit of "Indian middle class" to the classy product, but it prevented the obvious problems. I reapplied the white adhesive after 3 m.The sound quality is good enough for me, & for the people that I call. I use this for cellular calls, audio & video WhatsApp calls, Zoom & Google meet classes.So far, so good. Very satisfied.I Probably bought it from the co. account on Amazon...Edit : One of the earpieces stopped working at 13 months.

I bought this product and it stopped working for one ear bud. The manufacturer was prompt and quick enough to pick up the faulty one and get it replaced with a healthy product. Love the customer service and the product!
